We took our 3 month old with Ms. Vero to get her ears pierced and had such a great experience. She was thorough in explaining the entire process and made us all so comfortable. I was impressed with her professionalism and cleanliness. She is AWESOME!! I highly recommend her!!
I highly recommended Vero she was so patient and we loved that she explained every step before starting and showed us everything was new made me , my husband and baby feel happy, safe and comfortable! Even after she explained us taking care of my baby’s pricing. We loved the experience of pricing for our 5 month old baby girl especially because Vero was so Kind and loving towards our babyGirl making her feel safe and comfortable!

Veronica is AWESOME! The whole time she was so communicative about what was going to happen. The whole process was explained in detail before and during the piercing. It definitely put us to ease. She was so patient, when my husband tried to hold my 7 month old down she said that wasn't necessary. She made my baby feel safe, happy, and comfortable. I was shocked when my baby didn't seem to mind the actual piercing. I was expecting a big cry, but the numbing cream worked great and her process during made my baby be calm. Overall, I can't recommend Veronica enough. Patient, precise, professional, calm, demeanor. Do not look any further, make your appointment you will not be disappointed.

However, Vero was very Professional from beginning to end; Not only that but her customer service was excellent. She explained everything in detail and made our visit so much easier for us.
