Abbiamo mangiato benissimo con una bella vista di venezia ottima carta di vini ,qualità vecchia venezia
Le cadre est digne d’un étoilé
C’est très beau et le personnel est aux petits soins et ont les gestes d’un grand restaurant.
Mais quand il y’a un cadre de ce type et les tarifs qui sont assez haut il est normal de s’attendre à une cuisine parfaite et à des détails fort..
Malheureusement ce n’est pas au rendez vous :
Une entrecôte simple, juste servie avec des pommes de terres grenailles sans travail spécifique , sans une sauce ni effort de présentation est très limite en France pour ce prix nous avons une viande mature sauce, pomme de terre avec un second accompagnement.
Le poule d’entrée n’a même une espuma, ou une écume travaille… il était fade
Une eau servie en carafe qui était pleine de calcaire…
Bref plein de détail très limite. qui au moment de payer l’addition donne un sentiment de piège ou de payer juste un cadre.
We had a lush dining experience at Vero Venetian Roots - I booked here for its proximity to a concert we attended but it happened to be perfectly out of the way from the Venice masses. It’s probably more pricey than I usually go for however the food was lovely, mind you I had food envy of my friends beef with cherries, divine! The little extras (amuse bouche, carnival themed petit fours) were special and the hospitality was impeccable. Authentic friendly welcome in a chilled out atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Possibly the best fillet steak I've ever had (and I've had quite a few!). Service was excellent and very attentive. Food quality and presentation was excellent, with home made and local produce. Lovely atmosphere too, would definitely recommend!
You would absolutely enjoy dining here ! Menu is short but definitely the essence of all great tastes, not to mention the fabulous view !
Delicate dishes, rich flavors, stunning coast view and lovely people providing high quality service
Hot night. Asked to be seated inside and they said no. Mosquitos crushed us. Kind of upsetting. Had to go to our room to get something to keep the bugs away. Also the sound of the boats crashing against each other was uncomfortable, to say in nicely. I would highly recommend they seat people inside this restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend sitting outside. Nonetheless, the Service was great. Food was good, but not great.
Innovative venetian restaurant in a 5 star hotel. No tablecloths. Great service. Particularly nice the outdoors terrace in good weather.
