Alex got me in as soon as I got there hE Looked at my exhaust leak. Other shops was telling me my whole exhaust from front to back needed replaced quotes $700-$900. Alex showed me exactly what I needed. $140s later I
was in and out 30mins.
i drive a 1992 chevy CRAPice looks bad but runs great.....Alex and his workers did not tell me you need a new converter and exhaust from front to back at hundreds and hundreds of dollars...few pieces of pipe and some expert welding and i was back on the road in about 35 minutes at 85.00.....brought my friend there and he was equally happy.....great place.....great people......great work....remember this Velasquez store is separate from others....bring your car to this one
I had to take my car to them 3 separate times until they completed my brake service with a grade of a D-. They rush thru your service placing parts backwards just to get your money and get you off their long list clients. The striped my locking lug nuts in the process of trying to correct what they repeatedly did wrong and then denied that they had anything to do with it. They also scratched up my rims with the drill which they also denied. Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable company that will service your vehicle with care the right way the first time. Not Velazquez.
They checked my car out and regretted me somewhere else because it's an electrical issue
They took good care of my vehicle and the wait time was quite fast first come first serve which I was first. And the price for the work I found to be reasonable
They do decent work they never took my info to call when the car was done tho so I just had to go up there to get my car
