Just wanted to take a moment to share how much I appreciate and trust these guys. I’ve been going since 2020. Had an AC replacement for two different cars and a seatbelt/air bag malfunction fixed in another since then. The customer service is the best I’ve ever had going to any shop. My father in law knows cars and can fix them but a bigger job he doesn’t have the tools/time for we go to Valley Auto. As a woman knowing I can trust these guys to accurately tell me what is wrong with the car and give me a fair price is the reason why I won’t go anywhere else. I love the very detailed receipt you’re provided so you know exactly what they’re fixing and how much it costs. They are so professional, friendly, fair, and quick! Brian the owner is just a great guy to interact with. If you need any kind of work done and done right this is the place in Nampa you need come. If any small business owner deserves your business it’s these guys. Would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks Brian & Nick!

Valley has always been honest with us. Turn around on repairs is quick. Prices are reasonable, and staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
This is by far the fairest and most honest vehicle mx shop experience I have had. My 05 Sequoia had all the warning lights come on. Brain diagnosed the problem and was upfront about cost and repairs. After completion of service, I picked up my vehicle and within a couple days the lights came back on. I took the car back and Brian, without hesitation, told me that he would diagnose and make sure he figured out what was going on. He couldn't determine whether or not this was caused by his employees previous work, but he stated that he would make sure it was right. Over the next several weeks Brian went through all scenarios, faulty part after part, and ultimately figured out what was going on and fixed the problem with no additional cost. Brian always communicated with me to let me know what was going on. Just a good guy with integrity! I appreciate that more than anything.
