I've been here a few times now, and it only gets better. The staff is professional and jovial. Clearly evident that they love this job and have an infections sense of humor that quickly helps in evaporating the worst mood.
Very friendly, clean and kid friendly. They also had a decent selection of food and snacks for families ???? Thoroughly appreciated it. Made traveling a little less hectic
Solid USO, nice quiet place to relax. Volunteer named Dave was friendly and helpful. Their claim to fame is they have the largest (4k+) collection of challenge coins of any USO.
My family and I had a fantastic experience at the USO. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also incredibly accommodating. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. It’s evident that the USO is committed to providing a family-friendly environment, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend to fellow service members and their families looking for a supportive and comfortable place to stay. Thank you USO!
Overcrowded and cramped. The atmosphere was not it and it felt suffocating. I had arrived with my sister and father. The man checking us in had looked my sister and I up and down in an uncomfortable way, asking if we were 18. I understand that is their job but I am clearly underaged and being checked in by my father, that has to say something. Overall, left a creppy impression of him and the experience was extremely poor. Do not recommend this USO.
So very thankful for the USO and for all of the volunteers who help make this place work. They always have a comfy chair and good snacks for traveling military. A great organization truly worthy of your charitable donations.
More than grateful to the people volunteering here and the atmosphere they provided my family. They visited me overseas on rotation and on the way home had 2 canceled flights due to the worst airline ever AA and the USO provided them with a private area away from the airport and some time to unwind
Surprisingly rude employee :( my family and I came here to rest for our upcoming flight and I had asked one of the employees in the kitchen for some sandwiches— He asked me if I wanted one sandwich and I said “no, my family is here I would like 5” and before I could finish my statement he cut me off and said “I don’t care your reason, how many sandwiches” in a rude and dismissive manner. It’s disappointing that such a great place is run by people like this! It isn’t hard to serve people with kindness. Other than that, the man and woman at the front desk area were super nice and welcoming!
