Been trying to call for 3 hrs. All I get is a busy signal. Phone number is wrong. Get it off the photos of the cars
Completely unreliable and horrendous. Called for my girlfriend who needed to get taken to emergency care for severe pain and was given a 20 minute wait. That's bad but what's worse is 30 minutes later when they hadn't arrived we called again and they said the driver had left because they couldn't find the pick up location. WITHOUT CALLING US. So they said they'd come back and it's now been over an hour since we first called and their lines won't take our calls and her pain has only gotten worse. This is a god awful service, possibly the worst service I've ever had the displeasure of working with in any field or circumstance.
WARNING - Avoid this cab company at ALL COSTS! We called them over an hour ahead of time to let them know we needed them at 9:30 PM. She told me OK. 9:37 rolls past and I attempt to call them. Their phone is ringing non stop and sometimes it is just busy. Nobody answered. Finally at around 9:45 PM I got through.
When the woman answered, I told her that we asked for a cab and it is not here. I proceeded to tell her that they were incompetent. As I was making my complaint, she hung up on me. I continued to call back. Finally another 15 minutes go by before it gets answered again. I told her that she hung up on me. She told me that I was cussing at her. I never got past the word incompetent before she hung up so she lied. I called again. She answered. I told her I can do this all night or she can listen to my complaint. I just wanted to talk to a boss. She proceeded to threaten to call the cops on me if I ever called there again.
So here I am. Warning others instead. Perhaps she should have listened to my complaint?
Great services, only 4 star because I don't have enough experience with them but I plan to change that and use them a lot more
2hrs late..missed an important funeral. Never answers the phones. Very disrespectful dispatcher. Perfect for hillbillies in a hillbilly town. This Cab service SUCKS! If u don't believe me..just read the reviews. Stay off the METH!!
Absolutely the worst cab company you can ever call.
Do they do inspections on the cars... Today i rode in a white four door car driven by a male. The back drivers side door didnt have a handle to exit the car. The windshild was cracked. Should this car be allowed to drive passengers? Its sunday buses don't run so why is this car the only option? This car was used to drop me off and pick up me up.
The drivers are polite however the dispatcher is AWEFUL. Fire her! She will lie to you and never get u anywhere on time. Doesn't matter if you call hours ahead of time. She simply dont ro her job.
