This was a revisited experience for me, as it had been about 25 years, since I had long-term extension braids. The pain of the first week had me thinking I made a mistake. Lol. Fortunately, the pain subsided after a week. Then I had the braids for 5 more weeks. I finished taking them out today. Whew! If you decide to get box braids, prepare yourself for the time commitment. Eight hours to put in and 16 hours to take out. My arms definitely got a workout today.???? Thanks, Sophie and Sister for the beautiful job you did on my braids.
When I walked into the Shop, I was Impressed, The shop is Beautiful and Very Clean, I was able to get right in the chair and Sophie started right away on my hair,. She was fast and professional. And I absolutely LOVE the finished product. I highly recommend Unique African Hair Braiding service here is truly unique. I will certainly be back!

Love Love Love this place, the atmosphere is nice and the people are nice. They are very customer friendly and organized. I walked in not sure if I was going to get my hair done because it was packed and I was in a hurry. Sophie told me not to worry, that, she got me. I got my hair done and it looks beautiful. I have been getting comments from everybody including Bae. I have recommended a few friends that love their work here. Check them out, you can walkin or call make your appointment, you will not regret it, they are truly unique.
