Fantastic place. Friendly, helpful and great products at a competitive price. Got 2 American boxes for presents and the contents were varied and good quality and beat anything else for the price i've searched for online. If i HAD to give a negative, it would be the packaging. Was hoping for better presentation as description said includes "American Box" but instead just got re- used packaging but at the end of the day it's the value and quality of the products inside that count. Easily re-packaged to give as a present.

Made extra payment by mistake and got refunded immediately. The cookies were fresh that he sent me. Does not ship internationally (I live in Switzerland) but sent it to UK adress and got it shipped here for a few dollars. Will definitely buy again. Trustworthy and reliable.
Lovely shop. Amazing selection of rare treats at very reasonable prices. Always great service in store, and the same day delivery service is fairly priced and comes very quick.

My boyfriends family brought me here. Shop has a really good range of American foods. From Cereals, Mac and Cheese, Moon pies, Twinkles, Monster flavours you don't see in UK either. Also has milkshake and slush machines. Would have got 5 stars but the shop owner gives out paper bags. The bottom broke on my boyfriends little brothers stuff and went all over the floor. The guy/owner didn't even offer another bag. Didn't care at all. So yea thought that was really unhelpful towards a kid who spent £20 of his chore money in your shop. :( (our group spent over £100 between us so when I got in the car I was really annoyed at the place)
Got in touch to let me know about a possible stock issue with order, friendly communication and resolved straight away. Shipping/delivery was really quick too. Great to deal with, will happily order from again in the future!

I've have been using uncle chunks for over a year now from the van, to home delivery during lockdown and now the shop today! Amazing! Always doing the best to go above and beyond and never disappoint. Always amazing and nana chunks brownies are the best I've ever tasted! Only wish I could give more stars! Highly recommend!
