I love this place and have been coming to this location for years now, but they're insanely understaffed, so the atmosphere of the store can feel kinda stuffy while you wait a good while for your order.
I waited nearly 20 minutes for my smoothie and wrap, but the staff seemed insanely busy for the store being completely empty aside from me and one other person.
I will still continue to support this location, of course, but I wouldn't recommend to anyone who's in a hurry.
Nice place with quick service and friendly staff. Ordered online and picked up the order. Currently the dine-in is not offered. The food was good.
The Chicken Pesto flat bread was yum! I had to add a little bit of seasoning, some salt and pepper to suit my taste. But the flavor was really nice.
The Cajun Shrimp Wrap was okay.
The Hummus veggie bowl was okay, but the side that I got with it was really nice - the kale and apple slaw. The veggie bowl was not that filling.
Both the sides, the jalapeno chips (yum!) And the slaw were good.
Their Mocha Madness smoothie is the best. Had it some time back but still remember that it was really great.
Great location, lots of seating, very clean interior. I enjoy TC menu so I’m glad to have a convenient location. Ordered smoothies for my kids.. wish the staff who witnessed me reading my kids every smoothie on the menu had pointed me in the direction of the kids smoothie menu esp frustrating when I left a tip waked away and saw the kids menu as I was waiting for my GIANT double the price adult smoothies for my 5 and 7 year old!!
They need more staff or better faster moving staff . It always takes 30 mintues for me to get one smoothie even when I order ahead ! Either they are underpaid and don’t want to work hard or need help ! Location is too busy to be this slow
I ordered my smoothie online and went in the restaurant just to wait inside 10 min before my order would be ready and they were pretty busy. I wasn’t in a hurry so I just waited patiently but I could tell they were a little behind on their orders. When I received my smoothie I can tell they rushed in making it because it tasted watery.
They do have the best healthiest smoothies. So many varieties to choose from you might get overwhelmed. All their smoothies are made fresh to order with fresh ingredients.
They’re smoothies can cost you between $4-$6 but they’re worth it especially when you want to eat healthy. They also have some of the best sandwich options like the flat bread which is so delicious and fresh. Their food options could also cost between $4-$9 depending on what you get. The wraps and flatbread sandwiches are the best!!
Due to the pandemic they do have temporarily store hours(pictured). So make sure you check their hours before going.
I didn’t realize they were located in the shopping plaza behind the Marta Station. Just look for Home Goods they’re like 2 store down from them with plenty of parking.
I knew when I seen a bunch of Caucasians men my smoothie and wrap wasn’t gon be made right I wanted to be wrong so bad! Smoothie was rushed had chunks of fruit! Wrap wasn’t wrapped properly just disappointing all you want is to get what you pay for is that too much to ask?
Every time I come to this location the smoothies aren’t made properly no matter the person. It’s either watery or too much of one ingredient or not enough out in the cup. They’re kind but they need better training on how to make better smoothies. It’s a waste of money every time especially if I have to remake it. Avocaloda is suppose to be smooth and creamy.
As much as I love the food, the staff here has the most disgusting attitudes ever. I went this past Saturday and walked up to the cash register as I browsed the menu. A gentleman with red curly hair proceeded to walk up to the register without acknowledging me at all. I didn't get a "Hello, what can I get you?" Nothing, just an awkward silence. So when I see it's up to me to break the ice I say to him "Hello, how are you?" And he nonchalantly responds "Good". Still did not ask can he take my order but just awkwardly stood there until I just took it upon myself to say "This order is to go, can I get the blah blah blah." I've encountered some rude cashiers at some places but this guy took the cake, did not say a word to me and left me to do his job for him by initiating communication in order for my order to be placed. Anyways I place the order and sit down and wait until it's ready and about 5 min later a tall Caucasian male comes from the back where he has finished preparing my order and says "Hummus wrap". Assuming it's mine I walk up and get my order from him and say "Thank you", to which he did not respond or acknowledge me like his co-worker at the register. I felt absolutely disgusted even patronizing a place that its employees did not acknowledge or greet me in any way, shape, fashion or form and I refuse to no longer come to this location anymore. Seems to me the employees are racist. I was so moved by the rude behavior towards me that I called the corporate office of Tropical Smoothie and spoke with a nice young lady who was apologetic and understood my frustration and ensured me that the owner and mangers of the location will be notified of the rude treatments these two gentlemen gave me on an otherwise beautiful Saturday afternoon, she even mailed me a gift certificate which I will be sure to use at ANOTHER location that I'm sure will be more friendly. BEWARE of the rude employees here!
