I was very impressed upon my initial meeting with John. He runs a very professional operation that does top tier work. I am extremely pleased with the bodywork done to my truck after being hit by a deer. I highly recommend you trust this company with your Alumiduty truck.

We had our catalytic convertor stolen from our car and we picked Trinity Collision as one of our insurance companies preferred shops.

I now see why they are a preferred shop! Service is OUTSTANDING, for 2 months we called to check on the status of our car. Every time we were treated with empathy and any update they could give us. Our car took long because of the parts not the service. As soon as he had an estimated date Josh called and gave us the good news with an expected time of when it would be repaired. He exceeded that time frame!

Hi , my car was side swap and the insurance company had Trinity Collision on their recommendations list . After checking the reviews I decided to go with them. John (Owner) took care of everything. He said it could take up to 3 weeks because of insurance purposes . WRONG, got my car back in less than 2 weeks. Awesome job, my car looked brand new , detailed inside and out . Left very happy and satisfied. Not that I want to deal with any car shop again , but IF I had to in the future Trinity Collision is where I would choose first.

I had my Acura repaired here after an accident. I initially met with the owner, John, and he made a good first impression. Explaining the process, timeline, parts ordering, etc. I was confident that he would make good on his word... and he did. I mostly dealt with Joe throughout the process. Joe was great. Very personable and good on communicating with me on updates. They did a great job on the body work and paint on the car. I would highly recommend Trinity Collision to others and if/when I should need services again, I would definitely return to them.

As good as new - Jeep’s bumber was changed/painted in literary no time. I came in for an estimate on Thursday eve, placed an order on Friday. Dropped off my car on Monday and picked up on Tuesday. Excellent job and customer service. My car was also cleaned inside and outside. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This place was awesome! My friend got towed here after breaking down on the highway. They advertise as a collision shop, but they do auto repair as well.Very friendly and took care of my friends vehicle the same day, even stayed after hours to get her back on the road. Very professional. Nice clean wonderful place. I will recommend this place to my family.or anyone near this area. Thank you guys.

Our car was hit by a dump truck on vacation in Pennsylvania. The insurance told us to get an estimate for the repair. Having never had to use a body shop, we went by their reviews. This professional shop was fantastic, Joe in the office was very knowledgeable on helping us with the claim. Once approved, the parts were ordered the next day. John the owner kept us informed when our car would be repaired. They also were in touch with Enterprise car rental on the time frame. Both of these companies worked hand in hand to keep this experience for us as stress free as possible. The results of the car are beautiful. Just like brand new. Thank you Joe and John for great service. Definitely bring your damaged car here for repair.

If you believe in miracles, then I have one to share. I live in Ft. WALTON Beach, FL. I was on my way to Ft. Myers to visit my friends, when all of a sudden the van I was driving lost power. So I called a Mobil mechanic and got it fixed, I thought. 5 miles later all heck broke loose. Ended up sleeping in the van. So this morning my friends came up to help me decide what to do. We went to Trinity Collision and spoke to the owner. He got right on it and promised to have it fixed today. They actually worked over to get me on the road. I can't praise them enough!!! He also kept me informed the whole time. Definitely a rare gem. I am forever grateful. Thanks again, from a single 68 yr old woman
