Niki has been my barber since March 1983, and I have no interest in going to anyone else. She is the best barber I have ever had!
Nikki gives me (male, mid-30s) a consistently great haircut for a very reasonable price.
The barber Bill was absolutely great. Best shave I've ever had. He was patient and meticulous. Was in and out within 30 minutes easily, feeling so fresh and so clean. There are a ton of hidden gems inside Carew tower and this one is an absolute must for anyone needing a quick shave or haircut. I've now found my weekly guilty pleasure.
Horrible experience, and will not be returning. I'm not sure what kind of business gives discriminatory responses over the phone to customers that are willing to pay, but it clearly isn't a business with any sense of dignity and respect for themselves. Was repeatedly given a vague and outright disgusting response in regards to a question I had setting up an appointment. Horrible service when I arrived as well, the man up front proceeded to make horrible and disgusting remarks towards me. I suggest you reconsider who you want at the face of your business, because it clearly isn't looking good for you. If you want a quality haircut with actually decent customer service, I suggest you find a place that will actually treat you with respect.
Good service, price was average. Barber performed a flat top, reporter which is a little difficult to perform well. few longer hairs were found after I left at the barber bist but otherwise he did an excellent job for the difficulty of the hairstyle
Went for a shave. The barber was nice and did a decent job. However the cleanliness of the establishment was to be desired. Around the chairs there was hair and not just from one person. It looked to be 3-4 people's hair all around the chair. It looked very unsanitary and unprofessional.
I moved to Cincinnati a little over a year ago, and was on the look out for a new barber. I strolled in to Tower Hair Designers and was promptly given a great cut, now it's where I always go. Good prices, good conversation, and a historical location. I highly recommend it.
Went in for a mens haircut. Nothing complicated. Disappointed at the result. Also had to sit on a seat covered in the last persons hair cuttings. Wouldn't recommend.
