Let me tell you.. My Siblings and I just celebrated my dad's Birthday and My son's with a little party. I called Reds(The Owner) and set up a Tattoo party. He was great. Not one complaint.. He was on time. We had so much fun. I had 3 artist in total. Very Sanitized and explained everything and Tattoos are beautiful. My grandma love them.. When they came it felt like family instead of random tattoo artists sitting in my house.. They will be coming back sooner then they think.. Love you guys.. So if you see this review.. Go ahead call them up and used Topp Dogg Tattoos. You won't regret it.

They were very perfessional I met acouple people there. They made my son comfortable for his 1st tattoo shout out to Ty, Red, and Yaya. You guys freaking rock! Our matching tatts were on point. We will definitely be back.

Amazing, Inspiring, and very authentic artist! I definitely would recommend anyone including Deaf Community to Ty for doing the tattoo. He did a great job by covering my previous tattoo to a new tattoo. I love it! What's more, this artist is very patient and would do his best to communicate with a Deaf person like me. I will be back for another one someday. ????

They have the rudest tattoo artists, one man kept declining my phone calls after he blatantly was rude to me and hung up in mist of me talking the first time. He proceeded to curse me out because i wanted services by their piercer, I will never return ever! IF YOU LOVE DISRESPECT THEN ENJOY YOUR APPOINTMENT! but if i could do zero stars for how they handled it i would.

First the location on Groupon is not where I had to go for my piercing. After going to the listed location and calling the piercer, I was informed to come to a different location, a residential area in a basement. Now this caused me concern and I texted my location to my son. My piercer NiNi was pleasant, very nice and answered my questions, accommodated my request to record this (It was my 51st bday and I had been wanting my nose pierced for atleast 4 years, so I was excited). The actual set up wasn’t the best, I was a little concerned about sterilization of the utensils. This was a Groupon so I didn’t pay much and didn’t wanna be “Difficult”…. So the piercing went well, minimal pain and I really did like it,,,except for I did think that the actual nose ring was a bit small. So the next morning the nose ring came out when I took my glasses off my face. I text Nini and let her know what happened and she said I would need to put it in myself or go to a shop and have someone put it in for me. I could not get it in because the L part was too short for the thickness of my nose and I couldn’t squeeze it in there myself so I went to a well-known tattoo parlor in Laurel where I live and they told me they couldn’t get it in because my nose had already started closing and they also said that the gauge of a needle that was used for my nose was too small and that the jewelry used was too small for the size and width of my nose. I tried another location they pretty much told me the same thing and they couldn’t get it in so I was told to let it heal for two days and to get it redone. Like I said I bought it through Groupon so it wasn’t a lot of money it was the last then $30 and I gave the piercer a $10 tip so I’m not really feeling any type away about the money but it’s just that I had asked was they bring the right size and I trusted Nini to know what she was doing. I was very disappointed that it came out the very next day and I had asked for a different type of jewelry but I was told that I shouldn’t have it or that they don’t use that and something about stretching your nose…so anyway I have to pay to get it done again. Not to mention she never check back with me to see if I had it reinserted or how everything went when it came out.
