Had the unfortunate occasion to experience this rip off joint. No one in office,client area, and waited couple minutes before proceeding out in on work floor for help (staff was too busy socializing with vendor). All I desired was a valve stem replaced.. Had to help worker to get it done (very small tire). The reward was charging double going rate for simple request. Avoid this unprofessional establishment. You have been warned!!!
Unprofessional and over priced. Had the unfortunate roadside flat and took tire to them for new valve stem. No one in office and out in yard manager more interested in socializing than service. Helped worker who struggled with such small tire and rim. Changed double what local tire pro charges in larger nearby town. Avoid this place!!!
I purchased a brand new set of tires from here. They broke my left tire sensor! It was working before I went there. I was told to drive for about 30 minutes and it would start reading the pressure. WELL IT STILL ISN'T READING! Toyota said they should replace it since they broke it. Do you think it is replaced? Nope! I will never do business here again.

Huffs and Puffs when she has to do anything. I guess because we are interrupting her laughing on the phone or talking to her friends that pop up in the lobby during business hours.
Its very rude and unprofessional to act like we are bothering her when she has to help answer a customers questions.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lady doesn't know what she's doing. My husband walked in, said what we needed, she says 100.00- at the end of it she says ok total is 149.00---- uhhhhh how did it jump $50.00 in price. ( my husband also had to watch her as she was doing the work because it took her and 2 go guys to put my tires on the wheels. She was that inexperienced) So she says it jumped 50 dollars because I had to put valve stems on. Valve stems cost 2$ a piece, even with inflation that is ridiculous.
If you want to waste your money go here. If you want to pay Amateurs to work on your vehicle go here. If you want HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE go here!!!!!
my husband took van there today for 2 brand new tires, it was a good price, and they did it quickly. he kept texting me saying he likes them and they're nice people. nice family owned business, sounds like we will come back next time we need tires!
Nice place owner helped me alot she is very nice great service great prices would recommend them to anyone looking for tires
I got a used Michelin tire that's basically brand new for $45 plus tax. Took less than 15 minutes on a Saturday around 1pm. Family owned business, very friendly. I'll definitely will be back.
