I took my Mercedes-Benz for oil change. I mentioned adding for diagnosis , he didn't want to charge me for diagnosis. he was so honest ,he said my car was good. Where are you going to find an honest place. It is a small place ,honest and hard worker family

Called Tony after he came highly recommended by another body shop over an Audi Q5 thermostat issue and he immediately put my mind at ease. He asked me to take it in so he could look at it, dealt with my crying, and was honest/ reasonable with the work needing to be done. He clearly had many cars in the shop so I wasn’t expecting mine to be done the next day!! Thank you Tony!!
Best mechanic ever! Honest, affordable and friendly. Great work, stands behind his work and fast. What else can I say? Don't get ripped off at the dealer service center. Tony does a better job at a better price.
Tony had my car for 3 months and 3 weeks. During that time, he changed the oil and the spark plugs, installed a new headlight and fixed the brake booster. Things I asked for that they didn't do: Fix the passenger side door panel, fix the speedometer, fix the problem with the windshield wipers that they caused the last time I took my car in, replace the wiper blades or fix the heater blower. Not that they didn't try. There were stories about the wrong parts being ordered or getting the blower working broke something else or other ordered parts just not arriving. But what really soured me on the experience was the way I was treated today when I went to pick up the car.
Last week, I emailed Tony to once again check on my car. I was told that they can't figure out how to repair the blower but that everything else was done. I asked them to just put the car back together so I could pick it up. A week later, they still hadn't called me to say my car was done. I called them and was told that besides the blower, it was all ready for pickup.
When I got there, I was told that they had replaced the wiper blades and corrected the problem with the wipers' position, but this was a lie. My old torn wipers were still on the car and their adjustment was never done. When I complained, I was told I should look for wipers on the internet. Then I was told my car was in the way of a tow truck bringing in another car and needed to be moved. When I got to my car, I found a screw on the floor and the dashboard console in place but unattached with any screws, a broken piece near the temperature/vent sliders. Oh, and when I started it, it stalled twice because the idle was set to 800 rpm instead of 1000.
I was really made to feel as if they hoped I'd never come back. Not to worry. I won't.
I really don't trust auto mechanics very much but these guys might have changed my mind. They took good care of us and as of right now, they will be my new place to handle all of my auto repairs.
Great service at a great price which is not something you hear much of in this business.

I have been using Tony's shop for years and I consistently get outstanding and honest service. I wouldn't bring my car to anyone but him. I trust him 1000% and his prices are more than fair. 10 stars if possible.
