Overall nice experience but Tom did charge me $50 more than agreed on price because he thought my truck was 2wd rather than 4wd. I might still use his service in future because pricing is competitive.
Tom is Honest, Thoroughly Experienced and is Fair Priced!
Tom shared valuable insight to a car I was thinking of buying, he offered to go and look at it and inspect the car before I bought it, out of state. He was great in discussing options, great background info on cars. Very honest, and called me back all the time.
Tom is a very rare breed these days in the car repair biz: He's honest, quick and very fairly priced. I almost hesitate to write this review because I don't want the word to get out too much! He is my car repair secret weapon.
