Visited this chemist as it’s close to my work, the girl serving at the counter helped me get what I needed for a very sore throat, she was very polite and helpful.

Been using the chemist for a number of years. The staff are friendly, attentive, informative and extremely helpful when there have been issues with Gp and my mums meds...They have supported me during some tough times which I'm very grateful for.

Went to the chemist last week. The new pharmacist (Emma Hill, blonde girl with the dress) is a breath of fresh air. Glad they got a new pharmacist finally. The old one (Arwa) wasn’t very helpful and I would have probably left because of her attitude. New one seems lovely and so patient and helpful and very patient with me. Rabia is always helpful and so patient and I hope the new staff keep up the good work.
Never had such a bad experience with a pharmacy. One of the staff members acts very rude and like she thinks she's better than the people who come into the pharmacy. It's like she's doing you a favour that she's serving you. Horrible experience. The other ladies seemed lovely but.
Arrogant & extremely rude pharmacist. She has a grossly exaggerated sense of superiority and a condescending attitude. She is a hugely unpleasant character. Sadly some of the staff mirror her attitde. They have delivered an erroneous prescription for the second month in a row and refused to admit they have made a mistake. They apparently can't make mistakes ??? She continued to talk over me and raise her voice. Been there 30 plus years...not any more. Unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, condescending, arrogant, incompetent. Go somewhere else...I have.
I was in today and requested 32 co-codamol dissolvable tablets. I was shocked by the assistant said that they were £11 odds. They are the highest price in Glasgow. Normally the price is no more than £5. The assistant said that she doesn't price them. I said that I believed that they should be helping customers I think that this chemist cannot justify their price. I will never go back to this shop again
