I know that things happen beyond the control of everyone but to have this tire on here for an hour and it blows out is a bit much. I called the shop back and told them about it and that I don't have a jack and was told that he would figure something out and call me. Well now he just ignores my calls and I am stranded. Not to forget the fact that the owner tried to lie to me about the tire he was trying to sell me with a manufacturing date of 1995. Just another scam tire shop in the Fredericksburg/Stafford area.
Came in to have my wheels balanced and they did a great job. The guy who took care of me was working on a white E350 next to the shop entrance, he took care of my severely imbalanced wheels and set the weights on the inner side of the wheel. My Cherokee now rides as smooth as butter, no longer has death wobble and my wheels look clean without those goofy weights taking the spotlight. Thanks!
Was 2 hours into my 8 hour road trip on Memorial Day weekend when I noticed I had a bubble in my tire. I was too far from home to go back and almost every shop was closed so I took a chance with this shop and got a new tire and I’m so glad I did. I called ahead and they checked to see if they had tires in my size and once they verified that they did they told me to just come on down. I pulled in a few minutes later and they came out to greet me. They changed my tire for a cheap price and I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Outstanding service, I was blown away. Made it the next 6 hours to my destination and all 8 hours back home. Support this place, these guys are awesome!
These guys are great. Fair price for quality products and services. Friendly and interested taking care of the customer. Definitely a great buy and I am happy.
Called ahead of time and asked if they had a specific tire. It was ordered and whoever was on the phone told me it'd be there this afternoon. I said alright, I'll be over there around 4:30pm, after work and asked about closing hours and everything. I was told 4:30 would work. So far, great. Got the tire quickly, vetted for the time I would be able to be there. Then I arrive, no one is there, the sign says OPEN and no one answers the phone. The only reason I'm coming back tomorrow is because I need that tire. Seems like no one else has it. Probably never coming back.
Needed a place to plug a hole in my tire. Asked my daughter to call and see when they closed and if they had time to do the job. They said they would close at 4. So, I get down there at 310, and I asked if they could take me. They said "No, we just closed because not enough customers were coming in." So, thanks, tires 'n less, for wasting my time. Way to do what you say you're gonna do.
This is the second time that I come to Tire and More to purchase tires for my company trucks. The first time I came looking for tires, they had a new set they sold me at fair price. The second time I came looking for two tires and they did not have any new ones. The gentleman that helped me out said he could get me two new tires the next day and offered to put on two other tires while my new ones came in since my tires were worn. I will definitely go back to them for tires as their customer service has left me impressed.
This place is amazing. On the way to a funeral we got a nail in our tire. Pulled over at this gem, Bobby came to help us as we were driving in. He then repaired our tire immediately, it was very reasonable and we were back on the road. We cannot thank you enough! Please support this honest, caring, amazing business. P.S. They will soon have a new, bigger store just down the road.
