I won’t give any star to this pharmacy as I have just been to pick up my husband prescription which is Inhaler, Imagine why is on prescription because he needs everyday. Since they renovated this pharmacy they never have in stock ????????♀️ god knows. Receptionists just said we haven’t got any, I asked when will getting in as it’s been order 4 working days ago,she said don’t know so I rang my husband, while I was on the phone I saw there was 5 members of staff including pharmacist who was working in the back all was listening one particular staff was smirking, I had one item which I was buying over the counter there is no was on the counter so I said can I pay for this item please no one out of 5 staff acknowledge that I asked then one staff came eventually so I asked her who’s the pharmacist here, she pointed to him while he was doing something so I started explaining to her about prescription that this is the last time I m taking from here as my husband needs them, and u haven’t got in stock every month she said do u want to speak to pharmacist but by the time I explained everything he was listening next to her he didn’t look me in the eye and ask is there anything I can help u with, the staff said sorry I said don’t be,it’s just u not going to get my custom form next month, I am more pissed of by service then not in stock item, if u acknowledge that there is some issue with stock and care to explain as pharmacist then understandable but the whole atmosphere was zombie no one Talking to each other walking like dead and it’s just not right,I have got business for 20 years and if I give this service to my customers they wont
I am currently left without my medication so. I shouldn't be, I was told on Thursday by the pharmacist on the phone I will have my prescription come by today. This is not the case. When a pharmacy demonstrates false promises like this it can leave us patients struggling and come up of us suffering, if they were honest I could've gone somewhere else and gotten my prescription.
Would give no star if I could. My partner returned to this pharmacy after being issued a prescription item from an inferior brand that was cheaper and as a result, faulty. Requesting the prescription be issued from the previous manufacturer, the staff were very unhelpful and told her to contact the manufacturer herself to raise the issue and they couldn't deal with it (even though it was they that chose this cheaper item).
At the same time, in the queue, someone had taken time off work to come in for their booked Covid jab only to be told they had run out for the day and couldn't carry anymore out.
Terrible patient customer service.
Would strongly recommend you avoid this pharmacy.
Well pharmacy just further along in complete contrast, being friendly and helpful with new prescription.
Started providing only the cheapest generic meds that they can find. Tip: ask for a decent brand and don’t be fobbed off with inferior generic substitutes.
We had booked our COVID jab on line at a Sale pharmacy, but on arrival we were told they had no record of our booking and no spare vaccines. Our NHS app told us the Timperley pharmacy took walk-in bookings. We went only to find a notice inside that announced ' No walking Bookings today'. But when their staff heard our tale, they fitted us in, and staff were highly efficient, professional, and friendly. If we lived closer we'd make it our go-to pharmacy. After just one visit, we'd highly recommend it. J&A.
Doctor sent over a prescription for me to collect immediately. I told young lady I was there to collect a prescription, waited 10 mins and nothing after 20 mins by which time I was feeling very unwell, I told them this and they apologised for my wait, it was obvious that I had been forgotten and after knowing I was unwell did not offer me water or seem concerned, just feel as though some staff need a bit more training
Honestly the best pharmacy there is. Early morning or late at night they’re open, they always seem to have everything in stock! When other large competitors are out of stock or unable to get medication even they recommend the late night pharmacy! Thank you!
Daughter booked for covid vaccination. We were sitting waiting. Person calling/checking in ignored us three times even taking people with later appointment times before even listening to us. My daughter might be young (23) but she is eligible and being ignored once might be a oversight but three times was discrimination. Usually an excellent place but this discrimination needs to be addressed.
