Absolutely horrible experience I have ever had ! No way you are going to last next to in n out.
We waited 30 min in the drive through. And when we get to the window we waited another 10 min, asked how much longer it would be and it was going to be another 5-10 min. This is completely unacceptable! I insisted on a refund and got it immediately. Do not go here. There is a problem and maybe some investigation may need to be put in place. Whether it be health code or the owner has no idea what was going on. Sorry to ruin your day kid (female working window) but your customer service was out of whack. No apologies , no explanation ! No it’s not your fault that I’m in a rush and wanted to taste some great California Mexican food before catching a plane to Kansas. And you have completely ruined it. Anyone reading this is better off going to a sit down restaurant or calling in a to go order at a better quality reasturant.
THIS PLACE IS TRASH! GET IT TOGETHER , YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES AND SHOULD DO US ALL A FAVOR AND BRING THE OLD SPOT BACK. I have never ever had this sort of experience in a fast food Mexican food place in California. Shame on you. Hire more staff , better cooks that aren’t messing the order up, or close your drive through up, I’m still in shock, and with an empty stomach.
Don't ever go here. Don't waste your money. Food is overpriced. Food is not seasoned. The guacamole is horrible. They say that the tortillas are handmade. I think is B.S i asked for red salsa. They didn't have any all they have with screen. The green salsa was horrible No flavor.. Don't waste your money here. I'd rather pay my money and go to the taco stand in the corner. Better food, better quality.
One server and she has a bad attitude.
One cook, so I have never waited so long, you must wait like 15 minutes onto order, waited for another 45 minutes for birria tacos and 2 tacos dorados.
Food was flavorless, salsas had no taste either, they don’t know the salt in this place.
I waited over 30 minutes in the drive through and the food was cold. Maybe they need more staff. I watched people come in amd eat amd leave while I sat there waiting for 3 tacos... maybe I will give another chance but definitely not in the drive through as a handicapped person it's hard to sit to long amd I was stuck there. They did have a help wanted sign but still no reason to ignore the drive through
1st time here after reading all the bad reviews and seeing how good everything looks on INSTAGRAM I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. I'm not satisfied! The girl that took my order was Friendly and helpful. The food was not good at all!The alpastor was hard and overcooked I took one bite and threw it out! The asada was so plain no flavor at all and meant seems to be boiled with NO FLAVOR???????????????????????? the birria was plain and I seen a piece of the sponge they use to wash dishes everything was a disappointment! definitely will not be coming back
Girls that work driveway are very nice and courteous. Good is always hot and fresh and they've only messed up my order one time out of about 20+ visits! They had no problem fixing it and had it's just keep the wrong one ???? my dog was very thankful that night! LoL

First time ordering from this restaurant.
Ordered the Wet Green Chili Chorizo burrito.
Door Dash delivery.
Did not add any extras on it, but burrito cost $15.50.
Size was average, taste was good.
Heavy green chili sauce overwhelmed chorizo taste.
Burrito chorizo ingredients loosely packed.
Expected more in burrito, larger size?
In my opinion, not worth $15.50.
Best bean and cheese burrito I have ever tasted!!! The quesa birra tacos were extremely tasty and juicy! I will definitely come back again!!!
