This was my first time visiting Vintage Cafe. Very nice little hometown place to get breakfast. I did the build your own omelette and it was very good. It came with toast and breakfast potatoes. And if I'm being honest the breakfast potatoes were the star of the show so make sure you try those and thank me later:-) excellent service and friendly staff.. The restaurant was clean and well decorated following their theme. If I ever find myself lost in Frankfort Indiana again I will definitely be back!
Came here for breakfast the morning of the eclipse. Everything was phenomenal. We ordered the french toast w/sausage and the steak & eggs breakfast platter w/pancakes. Both orders were brought out very quickly and were absolutely delicious. We had frequent coffee refills and the staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this cute little place!
Great, Greasy, large portions of Hoosier Cooking, only thing better than the food was the service. The menu is very creative. Try the " Brandon" named for the owner's Husband.
Vintage rock and roll pics everywhere. Had a great and massive tenderloin with tater tots. Yum.
Always love stopping in here for breakfasts when im back home for a visit. First time I've had lunch here. Had the pork breaded tenderloin. Was big, juicy, and cooked perfectly!! Staff are always friendly, and fun. One of the owners can take up to 16 orders including odd requests, and never write it down...AND STILL GETS IT FULLY CORRECT!!! HIGHLY recommend stopping in for a meal or two!!
Fun place, good music in the background, and food that makes your belly think of home. Everything is homemade and fresh. Super delicious and lots to choose from affordable to boot!
Tried a new place today. By the parking lot it looks popular. Inside was festive. I got the classic. 2 eggs hashbrowns toast and smoked sausage. The food was really good. Now the drawback...the service. I waited a few to get my drink ordered. Coffee and water. Coffee was good. Nice selection of creamer. But no offense if im gonna pay 2.30 cents for coffee i would like a refill or two. The waitress even asked. I assume if my cup is off to the side empty im trging to let u see when u make rounds with top ups. Well that never happened. So as good as the coffee was i feel a little let down. I saw my server 2x. Took my order. Dropped my bill. I did see other things on the menu i want to try. But not so sure now but give them a try maybe she was just having a bad day.
Breaded Pork Tenderloin was ridiculously large and very tasty. I could only eat 1/4, but I'm sure it will heat up nicely. Friendly service and nice atmosphere.
