We went for our anniversary dinner. It was not crowded at all. They were playing 80's music, which we enjoyed.
Jason was our server and he was super nice.
I ordered the grilled tilapia with sidewinder fries, along with a Bloody Mary. (Don't judge ;) ) the tilapia was grilled perfectly.
My husband had a Burbon Burger with sidewinders, which he thoroughly enjoyed.
They even gave us a chocolate molten cake for our anniversary! Loved it.
We don't live on that side of the state, but when we return, we definitely will visit!
Cannot forget the we don't serve alcohol from Russia sign. Loved it!!
Had a great time. Jason was great and everyone was very friendly. Burger was good and the fish was even better.
The club. Heck of a sandwich. Only with it had real turkey, not the lunchmeat version. Willis, she's GREAT!
Place was like a maze but there were arrows/directions so not to bad.
All hallways were VERY musty smelling. Might want to plug your nose. Elevator worked great. Our room was a double bed. Door to room opened into one bedroom and to the left in a short hallway, 2 nice sized closets with the good sized bathroom to your right. Both bedrooms were ok however one of the bedroom wall air-conditioning units was moldy so we didn't use it.
Don't think we'd stay here again but it was neat and interesting.
Very nice restaurant in the Millersburg hotel. Breakfast was well prepared and delish.
A most exceptional dining experience in a beautifully restored, maintained, and functioning 19th Century downtown hotel and tavern in historic Millersburg, Ohio
We stayed in the hotel, eating supper and breakfast here. We had the fish, which was yummy but for breakfast we had the pancake special- we chose the honey pancakes and THEY WERE AMAZING!!! It takes a lot to impress me on a pancake and these were impressive!!! The bacon was delicious too!
The staff were very friendly and tentative. We were very understanding when they were busy and things took a little longer but it was worth it!!
We spoke to a lady at supper who was having a Carmel Apple sangria and was telling us how delicious it was.
We enjoyed our meals. Very large portions, The Beef Stroganoff on noodles is a particular winner. Very cool interior, including a great horseshoe shaped bar with a beaten tin ceiling and Tiffany-style lighting. The hotel building dates from the mid-eighteen hundreds. Altogether fun.
