Nice little pub and the food was really nice. The sauce on the spicy chicken stack was really spicy and nice. It's probably the nicest sauce I have had to be fair. It was really busy when we went and quite loud so best to book a table in advance.
Always a great welcome and a warm tasty meal.

Only customers there at first. Lady behind the bar polite and attentive. Great pint.
Rainy Wednesday evening in March. This pub has been longstanding in handbridge serving the local community. Nice architectural frontage, clean interior serving cask ale (Cheshire cat Weetwood) and usual lagers, ciders on keg. Beer tables at the front for when the sun's out. Good starting venue for a walk round the other pubs in the close proximity.
Good little bar. Great banter in there
Just watch out for a guy called Wayne Dodd. Always asking for a free pint.
Nice dog friendly pub. The staff are really friendly. A great place to watch the football. Great outdoor area with a huge TV for sport. Great atmosphere both day and night. Good bar selection. Great local pub.
Late afternoon/early evening,, place was dead, barman really didn't want to there either, beer was OK though !! Stayed for just the one,, we'll visit the
