After discovering it was a dog friendly establishment AND their pizza was to die for, we had to visit.
On arrival we were told the pizza oven was not on and pizza was off the menu. We were heart broken (my wife and I, not me and my dog) but they did have specials.
To make a long story longer, the food, service, ambience were awesome. They even done doggy sausages for my hound (they're normal sausages cut up for easy consumption, he won't eat them if I told him).
I cannot recommend this place enough.
It's up there with The Moon Under Water status.
Try it.

Fantastic lovley little pub ???? made you feel welcome from the minute you walked in. And the food was absolutely ???? % only order a main if your hungry because portions are massive myself and brother had the fish n chips excellent quality thank you very much ???? and will definitely be coming back soon

Unexpected stop, was highly worth it to discover the wonderful food. I had roast beef (3 very large, meaty slices) over Yorkshire pud, roast and mash potato and veg. Everything cooked beautifully. Quick and efficient service from very young staff. Thoroughly recommend. 3 other members of the group all loved their food and we returned 4 Completely empty plates!
