My first time here and I have to say that the food was beyond my expectations!! Extremely tasty and fresh food. The Yams and collard greens make for a great combination of mixing the slaty and sweet in one plate. My taste buds were happy this day haha. The chicken wings were perfect. My husband ordered the the fish tacos and the fried chicken egg roll, we share our meals to taste a little bit of everything and his picks were soo good . I highly recommend this place
I am visiting Florida from out of town. Overall I would go back because that was my first time trying fried Turkey and it did not disappoint. I could have lived without the fried conch because even though they were fried fresh they taste like frozen rubbery conch not fresh. Also the mystery lemonade is diabetic inducing sweet! I’d suggest drinking water with it but it’s good just a lot of sugar. It gets busy in there but overall the service was GOOD the food came out pretty quickly but the dining room was empty and the to go like long and about 3-4 workers to manager both areas. 1 thing I did not like was the plastic utensils I had to use for my food while dining in. I prefer heavy duty cutlery when I choose to dine in ! I hope they can add catfish to the menu that would be nice but I would be back for sure and spent about $44 I loved the Turkey leg Mac and cheese and rice equally.
I need people to understand if you don’t want to work somewhere, you don’t have to???? no one is forcing you. You’re not helping anyone by working somewhere you don’t want to be, especially the business owner.
Food is probably good but when I called to place an order the lady was so rude that I didn’t bother since they “only take online orders”. I don’t mind that policy it’s her tone delivery and lack of customer service x.
Food tastes was mildly warm and pretty good. Fairly clean.
We placed our order through DoorDash for pickup, we were not even able to pick it up when we got there, because there was a whole line of people waiting for pickup since there was only 1 lady taking orders/making the drinks and giving out the orders. Outrageous for such big business.
The Rasta drink was just a waste of money, loaded with syrup, not a lemonade as they claimed.
The restaurant has potential, but it falls short in a few areas. The staff seemed unenthusiastic, and the prices were high for what you got – especially the wings, which were small and expensive. I ended up spending a lot and still had to eat somewhere else because I was still hungry. The person taking my order wasn't friendly and didn't want to help when I asked about the menu. The food was okay, but I've had better for less money. Overall, the food is decent, but the service and prices need improvement. This is a hard pass for me.
Each item had a unique flair to it. I think this place has my new favorite lemon pepper wings! The sides were all great and I don't think there was a single complaint from any of the 10+ people we ate with. Try the lobster bites!
The Theme is very Hip-Pop & R&B inside the restaurant. It is cool! The place is pretty clean in the dining areas. The waiting time is not too bad. The service is below average. Some of them does not feel like they want to work. They have to understand that restaurant business is all about service and foods quality. Their foods were okay. We ate the Fried Shrimp Dinner with Mac & Cheese and Spring beans. The Fried Shrimp was not oily and pretty tasty. The Spring Beans were also pretty tasty. The Mac & Cheese was a little bit oily and the cheese was a little hard and dry.
Overall, the experience was not too bad, but they can do better. Especially their services.
We will rate them 5.5 out of 10.
This place is do OUT OF ORDER... THE CHICKEN WINGS TASTE LIKE WHAT MY DOG FOOD SMELLS LIKE. The customer service is so hood and ghetto. I would have gotten better food & service at the $2.00 house in miami by the beans on 15ave ...
