Had an appointment set up for 3:30 p.m., got sent a message to have it rescheduled at 3:50. They Never showed up to the appointment, this is the second time this has happened. I waited twenty minutes with my son's out in the car on a 90degree day waiting to get hair cut. Can't look up a number to call them on your Google because they don't have one listed. They sent my wife an email saying that they're down the street cutting hair at different location from where their business is, would be great if I had my wife's email. No other way to contact them cause there is no number listed on Google. They use apps, and Venmo or PayPal to get paid, it's like getting hair cuts from highschool kids They're unprofessional, and a waste of time to try to get a hold of.
My husband booked an 11:30 appointment. We got there and the place was closed. She texted my husband and said that she forgot about the appointment. She listed other openings that day. My husband said that he was fine with taking a different time. She then texted hi. Not even an hour before the new appointment time and said sorry someone else had booked that time online. She wanted to then offer him appointments for even later in the evening. We were willing to forgive her missing one appointment. But to tell a person who's appointment you missed due to your inability to keep track of your own schedule book that you need to reschedule them again due to your poor schedule skills is just ridiculous. This is really poor business management.
Completely unreliable went there 2 days in a row doors locked both times then made an apt online showed up early for it and still doors locked. Got a text asking if apt could be pushed back 30min. 30 minutes later doors still locked dark inside. This place is a joke
My boyfriend prefers a straight razor for his facial hair. Went the first time and spent $50 which I explained to him you get what you pay for. However they did not use clean tools as he was broke out on his face.
Tried again and intended to speak on the sanitation… which is ridiculous as it’s a state and universal requirement!! But no worries he was apologized to for a no show appointment for 12:30 as she was asleep!! Sounds like this establishment has some work to do to meet the professional standards!
Booked an appointment for a beard trim at 1230 then it got rescheduled to 130 sat here for 20 minutes and no one showed up. The doors are locked and the number is disconnected. It needs to be off the Internet just wasting peoples time. DONT COME HERE !!!
Made an appointment on Monday. Showed up to the shop absolutely nobody was there their doors were locked. Rescheduled made another appointment for noon. Got their doors were locked got a text saying they rescheduled me the 1230 OK that’s fine stuff happens. I leave come back at 12:30 doors are still locked nobody there get another text reschedule me to 1 o’clock. Do you not realize people have jobs you can’t just keep rescheduling I wasted so much gas coming to your establishment.
The best haircut I've had in ages! Very good fades and phenomenal use of straight razors. Very experienced and skilled ladies! I love the hot towel treatment when they wash your hair and they know how to make your hair match your style. 10/10 would recommend! The atmosphere is superb as well.
My stylist was over an hour late to the appointment, then proceeds to ignore what the appointment was for in order to save time because she was behind on her next appointment. My appointment was for a haircut and straight razor shave, and I was trimmed with clippers instead of being shaved. For how long I waited I was incredibly disappointed.
