Best KPortal Reviews

Ate lunch and dinner during a day visit to Butlins. Big portions, mostly tasty food, quick service. Kids meal portions were good. Burgers were a bit disappointing though, with the beef tasting dry and lacking flavour.
It was our daughter's birthday and we had carried a cake and candle. The staff brought it out, singing Happy Birthday as they did so, which was a lovely surprise for her.
Great food. Great atmosphere. Staff really friendly. Had a lovely meal
Lovely food. Steak a little under cooked but seasoned perfectly. Barbacoa loded fries were delicious.
2 of the party had ribs which were delicious and fell off the bone.
We had been to the Diner before, and it was fairly average. It went again as there is a kids eat for £1 deal between 12 and 3... in brief, it was still fairly average!
The kids deal is on either a tots or junior meal from the kids menu. It comes with a side and veg, but no drink. Either way, it's still a fair bit cheaper than paying the £6 -£8 for the meal deal... especially if your kids ain't fussed about a starter, etc. The £1 deal also only works if you pay for a full price adult meal... I think our total including drinks was about £40.
Upon coming into the diner, we was told food would be about 45 mins. Thankfully, it ended up being more around 30 mins. Service was fine, nothing bad, but nothing that went the extra mile or anything. The food was the same, it filled a hole - wouldn't say its gourmet or the best burger I have had, but wasn't terrible or anything either.
Came for dinner on Monday, didn't have booked table beforehand.
I had to have from kids/junior menu as adult was very restricted for fussy and vegetarian adult eaters...Haha... Tomato pasta with 2 sides, sweetcorn, and garlic bread was for me, plain pasta, cucumber sticks and garlic for our little one, which was lovely as usually what she has that everywhere.
Out meat eaters had burgers- mega mountain and sloppy joe- both very happy with. Tried their apple pie and chocolate Brownie- both with vanilla ice cream, both good.
We were served by very friendly lady.
It definitely wasn't 5 star service, but was good overall.
We came here for some lunch. Firstly the staff were really friendly, welcoming and nice so cannot fault this. However, we ordered on Bserve app and food came out before the drinks which is very strange and not how restraints should look to operate their business. Although, they did only have one poor young chap behind the bar on his own at a busy period. We only ordered fries and I'm so glad we did. Because if you see the pictures - they were not loaded fries as to what was advertised. Instead, a dribble of sauce, a slither of cheese and don't get me started on the fact that these cost 5.25 for a, mithering, half a handful of fries. Will not be going again.
Beer was, however, lovely along with the Raspberry Shake
Best place to eat at Butlins - the 2 Scottish guys working the bar and kitchen were the friendliest staff we met during our entire stay, we wish we hadn't left it until the last night to go there. The ribs were soft and flavoursome, the stacked burger was bursting with lots of different and wonderful flavours, the kid's burger was scrummy, both the skin-on fries and sweet potato fries were really tasty and oh my - the brownie shake was delicious, if a little thinner in consistency than I expected.
Thank you for helping to make our last meal in the complex our best meal.
Wow... What a awful experience and we never even got to eat.
Arrived about 5pm greeted and seated straight away. Was told to order drinks at the bar and food on the app. Nothing else said to us. Only a handful of people in the restaurant at this point. Ordered food on the app at 5.20pm and all seemed OK. Approx 15 mins later half the drinks arrived. Another 10 mins for the rest of the drinks.
Our 5 year old son has type 1 and needs to eat promptly! So we went on waiting! We then noticed the restaurant was filling up and the table behind us which arrived approximately 25 mins after us had some of there food arrive. We kindly ask a young lady how long for our table. She said she would check and never came back. Another 10 mins pass and my husband got another lady and asked again kindly how much long? She went away and said it could be another 20 mins. By this point it had been 50 mins and our sons blood sugars where very low and he was about to have a hypo, which is extremely dangerous! We said this was not on and why they didn't tell us the wait would to long and why were other tables being served their meals and after 50 min no sign of our food. We ended up having to get a refund, no real apology! And no meal! We left and our son had a bad hypo and we had to find some where to get a quick meal. We have now had to go back to our room until he recovers because this has made him ill.
Extremely upset, angry and annoyed!
Customer service the worse I have experience. I wouldn't recommend what so ever.
