Purchased a vehicle through Sturdys just over a month ago and both Jon & Simon provided great customer service from start to finish. All my queries and requests were responded to effectively and the car was serviced prior to the sale. The vehicle itself was gleaming and presented to a high standard. Unfortunately, the car required a new handbrake following the purchase, however the team at Sturdys were supportive in getting the car repaired at no cost to myself. A great example of pre-sale and post-sale customer service and one the better car buying experiences I've had in recent years.
We recently bought a car from Sturdy's and were really impressed by the customer service throughout the whole process. Simon was really friendly, helpful and reassuringly honest about all aspects of the car buying process - no hidden costs or fees. We felt we got an excellent deal and wouldn't hesitate to use Sturdy's again.

Simon and the team at Sturdy’s went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless customer experience, including doing additional work to the car before arranging a Home-Delivery to save us making the trip back.
They stick to their word, our spare key wasn’t working for the car and Simon advised us to go directly to a Volvo Dealership to fix the issue and that he would he cover the costs for it. True to their word, they covered the costs for the spare key without hesitation.
Finally, my partner joked about putting Pink Dice in the car and lo-and-behold on delivery day, Simon had snuck a pair of Pink Dice for her in the glove compartment. It’s the small details that Sturdys gets right and the reason for their well deserved 5 stars.
It’s refreshing to deal with a garage that are honest, have good morals, and are a pleasure to work with.

This place isn’t like other car sales garages. Simon who dealt with us wasn’t pushy and was very honest about the cars he had for sale. We got a part exchange on our car for an Audi A3 and the process was quick, seamless and professional. We even got a service and MOT free of charge as all cars leave with at least 6 months mot left. Will definitely be using Sturdys again and will be recommending to friends and family i the future.
Simon was really friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all when we were looking at a car. Sturdys stick to their policies and were very professional. Would definitely recommend this team.
