Never recommend to any one!
First time having an in person appointment at this clinic. Personally had a really good experience. Called at 8am to book an appointment, did have to wait 10 mins to get through to reception, but once connected it was easy to book a same day appointment. At the clinic, the reception queue did get busy but I found the receptionist was helpful and nice.
I saw a physician at the clinic and she was every attentive to my concerns, did a thorough analysis and was clear about next steps. Was really impressed
Excellent Customer Service from the team and especially from my Dentist Silpa and Assistant Elena. Patient, supportive , attention to detail and always going the extra mile. Highly recommend!!!!

I work for BCT, one of my family's fled DA and left all of their medications in the house. I rang the surgery, and after an email, all medications were sorted within a few hours and due to be sent to the new pharmacy within 3 days. I was pleasantly surprised at the fast service! One less worry for my family - THANK YOU!

Trying to get an appointment is a disaster, just like everywhere else.
I called, only to be asked by the person answering for what seemed like a good clinical reason to even want to ask for one. So after explaining that it was on the advice of another health professional I had consulted recently, they then decided to scrutinise the last outpatient letter received and ask me if it was related to the last appointment in Oct/Nov.
So I explained again, now having to go into some level of personal detail that I really don't think I should have to reveal, before being told, basically "OK then, you can call back tomorrow to get a same day appointment" - to which I asked if I could book an appointment now.
The answer then was that I could book an appointment on the NHS app - except, as I then explained, I had already tried that and the NHS App tells me I have to call the practice. So I asked why they were telling me to use the app which they know will tell me to call them back.
The timewasting jobs-worthiness of this false-economy gate keeping is jeopardising my health by further delaying any possibility of treatment and to be told to use an app that they know won't provide any useful help is just disrespectful trolling.
Why are all GP practices this badly run and operated these days? I'm running out of local ones to try - they're all as bad as each other.
I dont know why this clinic has a poor rating. I am not one to visit clinics as I have not really had to in the past. This year was one of those years where sadly I had a few health issues. Everyone has been really nice to me, calling them was never hard and they always attended to me timely. I wish I knew the name of my doctor. She's usually there after 2 and sits in room 4. She is lovely and so is the reception staff.
I have been registered at this practice 20+ years. I've seen new faces come and go but one thing that I was not expecting was the sharp decline in the quality of service given here. Really disappointing!
