I had gone to pick up a prescription and greeted by a lovely girl and when it came to being handed to me I was asked to pay even-though I am still in some form of education, which i was told when i last picked up my prescription so did not have to pay. The girl was unsure so then i explained what i was previously been told and then, what i can only describe as the moodiest, unfriendly and rude woman I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to - Clare - told me that I would have to pay despite what i had previously been told. Clearly they tell one staff member one thing and another something else which is very poor training. And Clare who prepared my prescription does not have the manners or face to deal with the public. Not a pleasant woman at all.
I couldn’t recommend Aisha enough. She was lovely and ever so helpful when I came in on a Sunday. She even said to return should I require more assistance. It is great to have a kind and understanding pharmacist. I would really hope that Aisha becomes permanent there, as Its very nice when you have a pharmacist who listens and cares and she was very considerate, her medical knowledge was excellent.
I went to the pharmacy for advice about my husband’s condition, I was greeted by a pharmacist called Aisha, she was fantastic. Her knowledge, expertise and kindness when far beyond what I have experienced before. A great asset to our pharmacy. I came away feeling listened too and reassured, we were then prescribed exactly what was needed. Aisha went above and beyond. Can we see more of you at Stone pharmacy please?!
My 4 year old has special needs & Spencer has gone over & beyond he’s call of duty, my son has a lovely relationship built up with him in so far as he has now no issues with being medically examined. A huge thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My Wife and I use this pharmacy for our monthly medications (and we have A lot) and they are always friendly, happy to help and dont get annoyed if there is an issue with the prescription (which is always the drs fault in the end).
They help us sort it out and are very nice. They also have a good range of products in the pharmacy with a few things that are hard to get in other places.
They are also a lot larger than the other pharmacies in stone so you dont feel like you are stood face to face with another customer like most places.
First class service from Aisha who offered friendly and helpful advice to help ease my dental pain. I really appreciated the time and care she gave.
I ran out of medication today and the pharmacy and doctors surgery have sorted it promptly with no problems at all. I was a bit worried but it was all sorted without any issues. Thanks Stone pharmacy and Mansion House. Good service today
Went into today with my little lad and the lady named Aisha was amazing with us and made us feel welcome and gave amazing advice and aftercare for my lad
