After suffering some damage to the underside of my vehicle on the way to the station I made it to Long Buckby garage which i had never used before. Phil was sympathetic to my situation and managed to address the problem and get me back on the road later the same day.
Given this fantastic customer service I went back to get a sticky gear change issue looked at. The problem was complicated but Phil and the team resolved it quickly despite having to source a difficult to obtain replacement part.
The communication throughout both my experiences were brilliant and with full transparency about the effot and costs. The prices were reasonable and my car is driving like new.

My wing mirror was clipped and destroyed at the weekend and I needed the car for an important journey today. We dropped in to Phil Monday am and he pulled out all the stops and exceeded our expectations with a full repair completed this morning.
Phil is rude and obnoxious. He says one price and then upon return overcharged by in access of £100 . He shouted and swore at me and called me names. Very bad customer service. Watch out ladies take a man in with you if you HAVE to go there but I would recommend spending your money elsewhere!
A local provider who understands his customers and tries to work with them. They grasp that I do a high mileage and a day off the road costs me. Others claim to offer lower rates and if your car not being available is not a factor they may suit your needs.
Absolutely spot on! They kindly booked me in last-minute. The engineer took the time to diagnose the root cause of the problem, to ensure the most cost effective solution was implemented, saving me significant cost. Will definitely use again, and would highly recommend!
The gentlemen mechanics are masters of their craft. All the team are approachable, friendly and kind. They will fix your car when you need it most, and explain it all if you ask. Prices are firm but fair and I believe you get what you pay for: be it spares, repairs or a second hand vehicle.
If you look carefully, you may spot them wearing suits, or other formal evening wear, under their overalls, even when filling your tank at the attended pump service. Worth every penny.
