Relatively large Starbucks right in the middle of Maidstone town centre. I came in for a quick drink as I had some free time at around 9AM and there was lots of seating available.
I ordered a mocha and it was served quickly and I sat down enjoying the drink within a minute or so.
Meeting rooms are available upstairs too.
This evening myself my daughter and our doggy Bruce came to collect our surprise bag and off course had to get a Frappuccino for my daughter and was greeted by a male there ( apologies we didn’t catch his name ) he let me know I could bring my dog in and was super welcoming and also treated Bruce to his own doggy drink ! Was super friendly we even chatted about our dogs I will certainly be back and off course will bring along Bruce fantastic service especially it being nearly closing time
Staff make you feel they doing you a massive favor...to the staff here remember customers keep the doors open ..appreciate every sale even if it is just a cup of coffee
Make patrons want to come back. A sulky unfriendly face isn't what Starbucks is about if you not happy go find something else it's unfair for paying customers to have an experience in store with gloomy staff
I love Starbucks drinks and so do my children, minus the caffeine of course the staff aren't really a "service with a smile" lot tho.

The Staff Are Quick and Efficient.
The Cappuccino that I Purchase is More Expensive Than The Non Specialist Cafe.
I Had A Medium Cappuccino, admittedly it Was quite Expensive At:-(£3:85p). But It Was Just How I Like It, Milky and Not Bitter.
One Can Sit Outside and Enjoy One's Beverage Or Snack.

I found this Starbucks to be very spacious, and for seating I was spoilt for choice. They have comfortable armchairs inside as well as seating available for smokers outside. The staff were very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. I thought the temperature and the music were just at the right level. I felts very welcome here, and my Americano with caramel syrup was nice and hot, definitely a 5 star Starbucks ???? ????
Where should I start? Usually, I quite like Starbucks. Not in a hardcore fan kind of way but it's usually very pleasant.
This one is, in a word - grim. The staff member didn't get my order right. I told them 3 times while ordering. In fairness, looks like he was new and training but it was only 2 of the same drink!
When getting to the other end to explain that the order is wrong (no receipt given), they tipped it into the sink very abruptly, then slammed the mug down.
The cleanliness of the store was pretty shocking, see pics. I've never been to a Starbucks so run down and dirty! The chairs were stained, never seen this before. I have a greater appreciation for the nicer ones now!
