Got a nice tasting latte coffee here, seemed much nicer than other Starbucks I've had lately.
I use Starbucks regularly so my loyalty to a company is dependent on their service and the products they offer. I must say that all Starbucks are not the same. The taste of the drinks depends on the barista’s knowledge. I had a caramelised Maca oat milk latte, the best drink I have had at Starbucks and the food service and drinks service with a smile. Thank you ????
This cafe is the victim of the Starbucks name/brand. Any other name & the scores would be higher ....but surely a 'Starbucks' cafe should be exactly that ..a Starbucks ...Right? Anyhow, the decor = depressing! Where did the soft lighting, plants & wood effect decor go? service = school dinners! I gave it a 5 because I liked school dinners! Pricing = Starbucks still occupy the top slot here ..but does this cafe deserve it? Not in my opinion. The only saving grace is the service - and joking aside, it only scores so well here because of the smiles & the 'Sirs' that I received.
2 coffees, 1 half full. Staff not very friendly, no inside seats as most were taken by people with dogs, some dogs on chairs ???? outside seats wet through so had to take our coffee to the car.
A lovely meeting place for some nice coffee and a bite to eat. Pleasant friendly staff. Very clean and comforting atmosphere!

Tried ordering ahead on the app and that worked great. App update issue has not been resolved so ordering ahead is still the best way to purchase at busy times.
Update: Sunday lunchtime, very noisy, very busy so better to order ahead from the app! But still the same great coffee ☕
I got a cappuccino and a banana cake, and both were delicious! The cappuccino was done very well by the guy.
The store is very close to IKEA and others store. So, is a good place for take a break.
The only thing to improve is cleanliness, the table where we picked up the drink was a little dirty.
Poor… arrived an hour before closing for a break after a busy day. No blond roast available and next to no cakes either. All drinks being served in takeaway cup and encouraged not to site in. Male behind the counter did nothing but moan about working over the xmas period and complain about the management. We use starbucks quite often but it seems the giltbrook store hardly ever have blonde roast available. Not happy at all
