4 years since I have my little one
asking them for take any new NHS patients for my daughter and for myself.
Still no options for NHS service.
I already called 23!!! dentist around Warrington.
Just saying no no no no no
Where i can take my child to dentist in our town???
Nice foreign dentist woman told me everything and explained to me about my wisdom tooth and other one very nice just the other woman very brunt to tell my mums boyfriend to get out not a please while do my xray and no antibiotics and im in agony as got 2 infections near my roots but other than that nice dentist woman who was speaking and explaining everything xxxx
Travelled an hour each way for an emergency appointment as I was desperate and in pain. They would only sort out 1 tooth (1 broken and a wisdom tooth). I was told I had pericoronitis so they sucked my tooth to clean it and that was it. No anti biotics or anything for the infection. I was told to get an nhs dentist close by. I’m now sat here feeling poorly waiting for 111 to call back due to the infection!
The staff are friendly and very helpful.
I had a huge phobia of dentists due to bad past experiences, however the dentist at this practice changed that for me and has put me at ease. She explained everything to me, and took her time with me on my appointments. I didn’t have to wait long either for an appointment.
I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.
They are closed and it says they are open this is the worst dentist in Warrington they never have same dentists you always get someone else because all good dentists are gone ???????????? good luck
If I had the option I wouldn’t even give 1 star! Drove over 30 miles with my daughter for her to be refused to be seen. Mouth severely swollen and in pain. All she needed was antibiotics to see her over the weekend. Absolutely disgusting how she’s been left to suffer! No patient care whatsoever!! Just vile leaving people in pain to suffer!! ????
So i thought my luck was in when i found they were taking on NHS patients. told there was a small wait while they got another dentis in. 3 weeks later I'm in on my initial check.
All goes well. the dentist is good and informative and I have Xrays and we discuss my treatment plan. they take the payment for the day. And let me know that they will contact me to arrange the next lot of bookings.
From this moment it goes bad.
the 5 appointments i need are spread over 2 months but i have to wait 2 months also before i can have my first appointment!
I'm patient and i wait 2 long months. Also they say i need to have a cast done before i get broken teeth removed? for a denture? where's the logic in that. I advise them that i need broken teeth fixing first before that but they say sorry that's what is on the page to do?! so that first appointment is a waste of my time and my money.
Just before my appointments are due i get a call saying the doctor is leaving and the only dentist taking on patients at the moment only works Thursdays. And they will look to rebook my appointments. Thursday's the only day i can't do.
I get told well sorry.
So now i have to search for another dentist after waiting all this time!
I ask if i can have a copy of the xrays taken last time so i can pass them onto the next dentist and they said they don't know. I'd have to write a letter in requesting that and also they would have to wait a couple of weeks to check with head office if it's a chargeable service? thanks !(GDPR breach)
don't recommend this dentist as they don;t deliver and don't care about their clients. I'm very upset and will also be writing a letter to their head office.
their service customer care is an utter disappointment.
would leave zero stars if i could.
I have never felt at ease at a dentist, but this one was fantastic. They were friendly and welcoming. I wish they would open and take on clients. I would definitely put my name down. Thank you for everything you did for me. ????
