Bit of a rip off, paid £18 per person to get 1 afternoon tea (which was quite small) between 4 people. Definitely not worth £72 for an afternoon tea. Didn’t really accommodate for dietary requirements when they knew we needed a tea without any egg or fish on - mentioned this and they said they just did a mix of everything on all plates. Food was really nice, but wouldn’t recommend for the price. Left very hungry and a bit disappointed too as we’d had it booked for a special birthday for months.
Fabulous old fashioned tea room. Went on a date with my wife for Afternoon tea which was outstanding and fantastic value. Lovely staff and everything homemade by Amanda whos there baking very early each morning. Great friendly atmosphere, and so good we're going back with other family members! *****
Great fresh food and a lovely inviting atmosphere!
The sandwiches were light and delicious... The cake portions were very generous, even enough for us to take home and enjoy later!
Staff were friendly and welcoming and there was a great buzz about the place.
Was a slight shame about the amount of cakes that weren't available, and then had to change our order once it had been placed due to more cakes selling out.
There was also a slight delay on our food, almost an hour from siting down.
But would HIGHLY recommend and can't wait to come back!!
Love this little place. My Wife and I have only been here a few times now and we are both well impressed with the place. Love the olde worlde look. The home made scones are to die for. A big shout out to Jackie who we always have a laugh with. Keep up the great work.
Highly recommend. I went there with my friends and ordered a pot of English tea with carrot cake.The cake is really fresh and delicious, don't miss it.I can't give 5⭐ because its toilet was blocked and we really need it. Lovely staff with cosy tea room in Lincoln area☕
Group of four. Reservation beforehand. Afternoon tea was good. I had egg on toast. The staff forgot the jam and cream. My plate was dirty. Otherwise, nice experience. Maybe smile more?
Lovely homemade cake and I just love the aesthetic in there! Always a friendly calm atmosphere too so I highly recommend going here!
A real gem which I visited for the fist time for lunch today. Lovely surroundings, great food, good value and excellent service. Highly recommend - definitely going to return to sample the afternoon tea!
Having returned for the afternoon tea, I was not disappointed. Lovely.
