Came here from southborough on a friend's recommendation, wish I hadn't bothered, 1/2 the chips where black, haddock was obviously frozen then over cooked, sausage I assume had been in the warm cabinet since yesterday. Never again
Don't know what happened to these chips but taste old... the only chips I have had that taste like this are microwave chips when there all soggy ... battered sausage also stale did not taste fresh
Lovely cod and chips from Seafresh, polite and friendly staff. Batter wasn’t to thick and chips were crispy. Cash only payment
Been there twice. Had fish chips the first time and they were disgusting. Had a kebab there another time and it was gross.
Also the guy there is rude, aggressive and not very friendly. The attitude from him was just simply DISGUSTING just like the food he serves.
My advice is to everyone is they should boycott that shop and let it go out of business because if you serve disgusting food with a disgusting attitude you do not deserve to make a profit.
I've been twice. Chips fresh both times but on one occasion I had a dried up sausage that had lost all its moisture from being stored in the heated cabinet for too long - I didn't eat it. The next time I had a pie (again very dried up) and that evening I had tummy pains and a temperature which lead to a week of me feeling unwell. Very disappointing and concerning. To the staff who work there, please consider the length of time you store your food and the health and safety of your customers.
Loved the fish and chips from here would recommend. Very nice staff great job. Additionally very clean restaurant and decent prices.
Ooh my I've never seen chips like it, looked like old chips cooked with new,&new meaning few days ago. My son had savaloy sausage and it was dry brown, I didn't let him eat it, hubby had fish didn't eat it, grey, thick with grease. Like chips. my whole family got something from here it was all wasted. DO NOT GO 2 THIS CHIP SHOP IT'S CHIP ROT.
If I could up load what we ate I would, yuck disgusting ????

The chips were mediocre but very sub par the fish however was a whole other story! Very unappetising it was hard in places and I’m not even sure it was cod and tasted very old! I’m not going back wouldn’t recommend I’ve had 1000000 times better
