Good price but the owner is rude and needs to work on how to talk to people, ordered 4 tyres and on the day the owner said I only ordered 2 , wasn’t a problem as I would have booked it in for another 2 at a later date,the owner said he would call during the day once the car was done, went to see if the car was ready an hour Later as I was still in the area , car was outside the workshop with 4 new tyres on it, the owner then had a go at me saying the agreement was I would collect the car when he called, . Not sure why this was an issue as the car was ready, he then starts having a go saying he had given up another job as I had chucked another 2 tyres on him ( I was expecting to see 2 tyres fitted as that’s what he said I had ordered) he then says he had better start the job he was meant to do in the morning before I chucked extra work on him ( 1- I never asked for the extra tyres due to the confusion, 2- it must be a pain earning extra money , 3- I thought he gave that job up ????????♂️)
The last couple of times I have been to this tyre shop it hasn’t been busy and I now know why. Work on your customer service skills you miserable old sod
