This chemist used to be so much better before it became saffron pharmacy, they are so far behind with people's prescriptions and can't even tell you a set time. Most the staff are friendly and welcoming but there is one girl who is quite young in there and I refuse to be served by her she is so rude to most customers, when all customers want is to pick their prescriptions up. HOW SHE EVER GOT THE JOB THERE I DO NOT KNOW!
Gotta give it to the guys here, they are brilliant. Always happy to help, always make time to talk to you. Shop is clean and tidy, yet they get so busy. Take my hat off to you and I would like to say "Thank you" to all the staff here.
I am sorry to say that I am moving my prescription somewhere else. Because of a rude lady that works at your shop and has for a long time now .this is the third time this lady has been rude to me . Also other people have also mentioned this lady’s attitude towards them and also witnessed the lady being rude to others in the shop .,I have lived in the local area over 60 year and always used the local chemist. But unfortunately I will now go elsewhere.
The woman with the red hair and glasses was really friendly and knowledgeable with good customer service skills
Stark display of incompetence on many occasions over the past few months; the latest has resulted in me putting an official complaint which I hope will lead to a detailed investigation.
The pharmacist has provided incorrect information on time sensitive medication and refused to dispense without a consultation with the doctor, although according to the NHS guidelines this can be sold over the counter.
Following a consultation with the doctor who prescribed the medication, the pharmacy refused to dispense again due to 'not being able to access the system' since seemingly the only person who has access to the system was not available.
This happened in the late evening, with the team being fully aware that finding another open pharmacy (especially since I had a 2 month baby in tow) is going to be difficult.
The effectiveness of the medication drops with each passing hour and in my instance it can have severe long term consequences which the pharmacy has been made aware of by my husband.
Sadly, it seems a few of the employees are on a power trip.

Went for a COVID-19 jab the problem with this place is the parking,not enough of it ,I parked up the road and walked back, otherwise it was good I didn't even feel it the nurse was very good
WHAT ON EARTH HAS GONE WRONG….
I have used this pharmacy for many years without any problems. Since May this year problems collecting prepaid monthly prescriptions have been endless. And today the rudest of staff tried to embarrass me in front of other customers reporting I haven’t ordered or collected on time? I prepay and have confirmation texts, yet I’m treated like I’m begging and then asked to pay £9.95 for one item and £50.00 for another or call 111, where has it all gone so wrong and how do they sleep at night treating regular customers like beggars.
