Exceptional team, well organised, very caring, endeavouring to support everyone get access and dental care. Thank you so much reception staff for helping my children today. I really valued the advice from the dentists, who both mentioned how they understand as they have children of their own.
I have had treatment twice in the last month for an extraction and a filling on my front tooth which needed to look cosmetically perfect.Both procedures were carried out by Dr Nadia Munaf.with great care, painless extraction and with attention to detail for the filling.
I don't like dentists and after the recent checkup need some work done . The lady dentist and technician were beyond excellent today. Accommodated my fear, had time,adapted treatment to suit me. Thankyou.
I was advised to have my wisdom tooth removed even though I'm pretty sure a competent dentist could probably have saved it.
It felt like a scene from an old western. The dentist was gauging away with a hook so hard that he actually split the corner of my mouth and ripped my gum. Then when he realised that it wasn't working, he tried pulling it with tooth pliers and snapped the tooth in half leaving the roots in my gum. No attempt was made to remove the roots and I was told the gum will grow over it and that I should be fine a week or so. I HAVE BEEN IN AGONY EVERY DAY SINCE THEN. I will never go back to this practice and when I phoned back to complain, the receptionist told me I had to wait a month before I could get seen again. This is totally unacceptable treatment. They have caused me pain which I wasn't suffering to start with and then would not fix the problem they created, all of which I had to pay over £70 for. UNACCEPTABLE!
What a wonderful Dentist, so friendly and efficient. Working very long hours and travelling to and from London. My kids and I have just been for our first appointment, fixed a couple of problems in no time, the dental nurse was also fantastic and reassuring. The dentist even took the time to show me how I can help my child look after his teeth whilst he was in the chair. Very happy patients. Thank you
Seen two lovely dentists today after chipping my front tooth! I can’t remember there names but they were both lovely and done an amazing job!
Used this dentist for the first time as a new patient. The dentist I saw was from London, he comes up for 3 days every week. He was just fabulous and sorted a few problems within no time. His assistant was also very good, and extremely friendly, making sure that I was fine throughout the procedure.
I did have to wait for a while to be seen as they were very busy, but they apologised, and I understand that after the pandemic they are playing catch up. Not their fault!
I would highly recommend this practice.
This dental practice has no website so unless you call them you have no other facility to make a complaint. I recently attended and was examined by Neha Jain. I was an experienced dental nurse in my past and worked with many dentists and oral surgeons. I am utterly appalled and horrified at the lack of professionalism and quality of care that I experienced. It is a production line of tooth removal. I was not welcomed or introduced. I was attacked by a woman who thinks that digging into peoples teeth is acceptable. There was no quality of care and I received no treatment plan. Bite wings were taken. I was advised to remove a tooth. I stated that I would preferably like to keep it if possible. Her response was....the decay is very deep it will be painful so it needs removed. On leaving the practice which I will say is run down and an absolute dump I booked a private dentist for a second opinion. The tooth in question that she advised to be removed is perfectly fine for filling. She failed to see another tooth with decay and an abscess which could be clearly shown on the X-rays. I have reported Neha Jain to the British Dental Association. She should not be practising. She is a danger to the public.
