I was desperate about the situation of my car, I was exceptionally well attended, I asked numerous questions and they answered me all kindly. They were helpful. I highly recommend it.
EDIT:
4 star review left purely because you don't deal with myself but deal with my family and partner when work has been done on my vehicle due to my working hours. Also had a couple of issues when last attending where my partner had to sort with the employees.
Find it strange that you check the database for customers on reviews left. Assume you are trying to scope out negative reviews. Hardly negative. 4 star is above average!
I have gone to Rich at RTH for the last 4 years for all my car issues/Mot's etc and honestly he is the best around. Always so quick and efficient in his work and he is genuinely a nice guy that's approachable for any issue! He always prices fairly and reasonably, and will go above and beyond for his customers! I will never go anywhere else.
Recently Rich carried out extensive repair work to our car which consisted of several completely separate issues. He worked hard to sort the problems with excellent fault finding and accurate diagnosis.
We found Rich to be knowledgeable, fair and honest in his assessment of the vehicle. Cannot recommend this garage highly enough. Many thanks.

Richard was recommended to me by a work colleague and after using his services I can understand why, TOP MAN, TOP MECHANIC!!. He is very accommodating and very reasonably priced. The job was to fix my headlight unit which was challenging to say the least and during this he also hi-lighted some other mechanical problems which could of lead to serious damage to the engine but he persevered and fixed them all and carried out an subsequent MOT. I couldn't recommend him more and I will definitely be using him in the future for all my car needs.
