Excellent food I ever had from royal flame there services is fantastic finest in Wigan strongly recommended
We were mailed quite a few pamphlets about this place and thought we would give it a whirl (big mistake!). We are vegetarians, so we ordered all vegetarian dishes. We were initially pleased that they offered quite a bit of variety. However the service was disappointing and below par. We received the food 2 hours late! The driver was adamant he was roaming for 40 minutes when he finally delivered the food - however it was piping hot when we did eat the food ( 40 mins?!). We also found chicken pieces in our vegetarian food. Absolutely
unacceptable. So displeased with this place. Will never order again. Lesson well learnt.
The worst takeaway. I liked the food it tasted good and was a good size. However our order was missing items and absolutely stone cold. There was surposibly no delivery driver when I called to report missing items. Not sure what worried me more the fact they didn't know about this guy or the fact he had some how delivered my food? I tired to call but the restaurant were unhelpful and at times abusive and incoherent. Its a real shame. I would not recommend this place to friends of family. Well not ones I liked anyway.
I would not Normally leave a negative review but I was really disappointed. Given a delivery time then rang to say the meal would be delivered 40 minutes later than the time stated. When the the meal arrived a one of the orders chicken pathany which doesn’t say hot but this was definitely hot. I ordered medium hot Garlic Chilli Chicken and it was much hotter than this dish. The popadoms where greasy as was most of the dishes we ordered.
The web site is very easy to use, but the level of oil ending up in the food spoiled it and the menu if it’s hot say it is, I like hot spice but not everyone does.
I was astonished to see how many bad reviews are on here (maybe fake?). The curries we ordered were very nice, the meat was high quality and the sauces were extremely tasty. Couldn't have asked for better service and the order arrived earlier than expected. Will definitely be ordering again
I ordered yesterday received the food which was ok 20 minutes late. After recommending to my Dad he ordered straight after. He didn't receive his order for 2.5 hours! After calling several times the restaurant resorted to putting the phone down on him. Whilst the food was ok this places attitude to its customers and its level of service is beyond unnaceptable. There are plenty of Indian restaurants that supply top quality food and value their customers. I would advise you go to one of those rather than use this place.
Would give it 0 stars if this was possible. Ordered from them and something was missing to start with. I ordered a plain rice which also came with a free MAGGOT, still alive and moving, I showed this to the delivery driver who said it was nothing to do with him as he was just a driver and to call the manager. When speaking to the manager he said because I had ordered through just eat I had to speak to them which I did and they came back to me saying that the manager had said nothing was wrong with the food and refused to give me a full refund. I have a nice little video of the maggot for proof.
Staff are rude and also liars!!!
I ordered a tandoori masala pilau rice poppadoms 2 onions 2 chutney. It was delivered no problem. The poppadoms were overcooked. The chutney was so watery and had no taste. The rice and masala were very very bland. This is the worst Indian I have ever had. Will never go back again
