This pharmacy and team are a god send. I have gone to them numerous times for advice for the whole family in addition to regular prescriptions/emergency medicine (they also went over and above to source what I needed when they didn’t stock what was needed) before family member caught a flight.
Agrin especially is always so helpful, knowledgeable and remembers customers by name! I consider myself very lucky to have such a valued local resource to call on. Genuinely, many thanks!
Terrible customer service, I bought a product and wanted to return it as it was not required.... I hadn't opened it and had the receipt... I was greeted by miserable staff with no smile or customer service and the owner/manager said they don't do returns as they don't know what condition the product is in... I said it was unopened but he didn't seem to care... Boots is a pharmacy and they take returns with no problems... Avoid this pharmacy at all costs...
