Best Dentist EVER! I have been visiting with my 3 children for over 15 years. They are respectful and professional showing kindness and care to ALL of their patients. I'm grateful that you take into consideration children with special needs as you highlighted the importance of knowing the best times of the day to book children with special needs for an appointment at the Riverside Dental centre and definitely show an understanding and awareness of how to support children and their families with special needs. Thank you for being such an important part of our Plumstead community ❤️.
I have been a patient (as well as my children) at Riverside Dental Surgery for 15+ years now. The service is always 5*. The staff are all professional & friendly. The dentist always puts us at ease every time we go there, explaining everything in a caring, empathetic manner. Me & my children have always received the best treatment for our dental care.
I wouldn't go anywhere else & wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone - in fact I have to friends & family who now are also patients there!
I've meaning to write a review for along time.. So today is the day to say I'm so happy with the friendly and welcoming service I've received. I have complex health needs, and scared of dentists . I can honestly say this is the best dentists I've ever been to. They go above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. Looking forwarded to seeing you all soon ???? X
i have children and have autism. i am surprise with doctor how he spoke with us when he was checking my children teeth , my children were not listening to check them teeth and doctor ask us with rudely " is your children mental " we stocked , we hade no words to answer him . My wife is still crying , he could ask with love and compassion " is there any problem with your children" ... they should know how to treat people who comes to them dental .. me and my wife we are devastated how he spoke with us today .
I have to say that the customer service at Riverside Dental centre is professional , from the receptionist to the doctors. I have kids with autism and they look forward to attending their appointments, and we have been attending for over five years now.
Very helpful Dentist. Straight to the point and honest with some great advice. I've had a bad experience with dentists so this for me was great. I would most definitely recommend especially if like me you've had a stigma with dentists before.
Awesome dentists they are always caring, they have looked after both my children with special needs and me I’m also deaf , when in emergency they have seen us straight away and helped that I have always been thankful
Fantastic service A***
I called at 4pm with an emergency fitted in next day even though they was full they managed to get me seen.
Such a friendly, efficient and first class service they dealt with my problem I am so happy and able to smile again.
I can highly recommend and would not want to go anywhere else.
