After been in terrible pain. Couldn't even get an appointment. But the care assistant had plenty of time for several messages. Which advise to go to the pharmacy for appointment which was simply a joke. In the end went to A&E.
I'm not sure why this called doctors are so busy. Covid it's over. They get paid a fortune for a job they can't do. I'm not going there with ones work for an agency which which they charge the tax payer even more. This system it's simply terrible.
They better off shut the doors no care it's better then terrible care.
Contacted the surgery today as have laryngitis, conjunctivitis which is affecting my sight, chesty cough and feeling extreme fatigue. Pus coming from eyes is yellow which indicates bacterial infection. Response from surgery. Get to Doddington walk-in clinic which is 18 miles away. How the hell do they think I am going to get there. Just a text message. No contact with anyone which would have been difficult as no voice. Am a Pensioner who has mobility problems which I am still waiting for appt. This is not the service you expect from your GP service. This surgery is absolutely useless.
Fenstanton Surgery, what a joke. The manager, if you can call him that is as much use as a chocolat fire guard. The Doctors are useless, unable to give an injection even. Probably too busy planning their next strike. What a dump.
Doctors and nurses are lovely but there is one receptionist who is so rude and dismissive it makes me not want to call. She tried to get off the phone before I’d even finished speaking as soon as she decided she wasn’t interested. I understand it’s busy for them but that’s no excuse to treat people like dirt!
Useless, called at 8.30 am get told will be in contact, call back gone 5pm as heard nothing to get told may not be same day.

Utterly useless. Almost impossible to get an appointment. When I finally got one arranged it wasn't even with a doctor, it was with a pharmacist. I've had bad experiences with this place in the past, but decided to overlook them because it's local. Big mistake.
I had my First visit to Riverport Medical Practice yesterday as a new patient, the receptionist(s) were very welcoming. I saw Jodie the Diabetes Nurse she was very thorough with my tests, very good at blood test haven’t bruised! Made a follow up appointment when bloods are back.
I saw Dr Lwin at Park Hall Surgery when some concerning symptoms appeared suddenly. Following an examination he was quick to order blood tests and imaging. The following day he called me and asked me some further questions and said he would like to investigate further. I couldn't go to the surgery that day so he organised an appointment with another doctor at Orchard Surgery the following day as he wasn't on duty that day. He was thoughtful in booking the blood tests at the same time to coincide with that appointment. I saw Zika he was very thorough in his examination and made me feel completely at ease. After the examination the doctor asked me to sit with him so that he could explain the findings from the examination and what the plans were to investigate my problem. When I asked the doctor his name he said his title wasn't doctor it was Practioner Associate. If I have to return to surgery at any time I will always request to see this very professional practitioner. 10/10.....thank you Zika. Zika also explained thar Dr Lwin would call me with blood results the following week. I left feeling comforted that I had been given excellent care by a great team who were all clearly working together to look after me. Thank you all of you including Nurse Jodie for making me laugh, what a lovely nurse you are. That afternoon I received a text confirming the date for my imaging.
What a completely professional and joined up experience I had. Thank you again.
