Es ist unglaublich ich habe hier vier Bier getrunken und aus irgendeinem Grund haben sie mir danach Essen serviert einfach so auf Kosten des Hauses. Das ist mir schweizerisch als alles andere was ich in Lausanne erlebt aber.
Nous avons mangé en entrée une salade d’algues, des sushis à l’anguille, le miso (avec champignons frais), en plat le gyu (bœuf effeuillé, riz, œuf plat et autres ingrédients)
C’était raffiné et très bon.
Mon estomac était content.
Le service et le cadre est très bien aussi.
They have shio, shoyu and miso ramen but their description is wrong. In Japan a shio ramen is a broth with a salty flavour (shio means salt), shoyu ramen is a broth with soy sauce (shoyu means soy) . In this restaurant, shio is the porc ramen and shoyu is the chicken ramen.
The Ramen is the most complete in the town, with the nori, double egg, meat and even the narutomaki.
Unfortunately, it's not the best ramen in town. Broth is lacking taste, noodles a too thin.
The Karaage are good, but it's more a "chicken nugget KFC style" rather than a Karaage.
Personnel un peu froid, c’est toujours plus agréable d’être servi chaleureusement. La carte manque de cohérence (sushi, ramen, plats chinois, pâtes italiennes…) mais je pense qu’ils ont fait ça pour les étudiants du quartier qui désirent manger varié durant la semaine. Pourtant, les prix sont chers quant au standing du restaurant. Toutefois, la nourriture était correcte mais sans plus.
Très jolie découverte grâce au passeport gourmand. L’équipe est très aimable et la cuisine délicieuse. Merci !
Traveling for work and was looking for something simple and clean and tasty. I went across the street first to the takeaway business (same owners) and they pointed me here and I'm so glad they did. I ordered the pork ramen, and also some avocado rolls. That was some of the best ramen I've had, and they whole staff took really good care of me. Rolls were tasty too. I will return before I leave Lausanne!
Went here for lunch, the service was friendly and fast. The ramen was delicious and everything looked amazing. Will certainly come again to try out more things ????
Très bonne adresse pour les suhis, ainsi que les plats chauds. Nous avons testé une grande soupe Miso, qui était délicieuse et réconfortante. Les bières japonaises y sont très bien également. C'est sûr que j'y retournerai avec mon épouse la prochaine fois.
