I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional service at Rapid Auto Repairs. The name says it all really! From start to finish, Jaz went above and beyond to ensure my issue was sorted quickly. I’m not from the area, but was staying over night and needed repairs and replacement parts before I returned home the next day. Jaz was able to sort for me in a space of a few hours- very helpful and professional. What a fantastic service I received! Thank you!
My most reliable and favourite auto repair garage in Birmingham. Well recommended place. The staff is professional, friendly and on top of everything. Quality job done with perfection. Been a couple of times for a few things and not only they did a good service, but they also give good advice on what to keep an eye for future. Will be coming here for more and recommending this place for sure.

Various local garages I used, charged me for so called fixed problems when it turn out to be something different and rapid auto repairs sorted that issue fast. Even though it's like 6.4 miles I still prefer and use these lot as my first pic for my regular garage.

Great garage, have used it several times for MOT and service. Staff are polite, reliable and friendly, prices and service are good, and very honest. Can do anything a BMW garage would do and at less cost, they never find anything wrong that isn’t there or try to throw in hidden costs.
They were happy to give me free advice on a gearbox I bought nearby. They even helped me by phoning the scrap yard and getting me the right one although I fitted it elsewhere as Im not from the area . Thanks again :)
Jas who runs this place gave good advice. I brought the parts. We agreed on price for fitting the front and rear brake pads. Great job done.
