Had a lovely lunch in Prezzo near the Rail Station. The Seafood Rissotto was brilliant, Tiramisu and Panna cota as well. Very friendly staff.

We always chose this Prezzo restaurant over the Tombland one, this one is nice and close to the train station.
We went last night and it was fabulous, they sat 6 of us at late notice.
The service was very attentive including drinks and food and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was gorgeous, I had the steak and rocket pizza - fab.

I organised my birthday there. The food was amazing. I can especially recommend the chicken, bacon and avocado salad. Big thank you to the stuff, especially Anna for a great communication before the party and looking for my guests. We will definitely return there.
A group of 8 arrived for lunch yesterday, they were accomdating given we didn't book but there was plenty of room. From that point on unfortunately our experience was not a good one, the service was slow and poor to the point I had to remind our food order had not been taken after a lengthy wait just for drinks. There was food wedged under one of the chairs and although mentioned several times no attempt was made to address this, even when it came to paying the bill the service lacked in that we asked to pay individually and we were handed a calculator and had to tell them how much we needed to pay, there was no offer of assistance. It is a shame as normally this chain is of good standard hence why we went there, but unfortunately this restaurant is not up to the same level.
The meatballs I had tasted amazing but they would have been a bit pricey without the 50% discount voucher. I used to go here often but found the menu not as exciting as it used to be, combined with the expensive drinks and food, without a voucher, I wouldn't go back.
My husband and I booked table for 7.30 PM and were seated upstairs which was freezing cold, we had to eat our food with coats on! Which was very uncomfortable, we complained to the waiters, who were not interested, my starters, stuffed mushrooms were luke warm, I could not eat all of my main meal as I was freezing, we paid for a meal which was not enjoyable at all, we complained to the manager who said there was nothing she could do, overall experience was completely awful and disappointing.
