Sold a faulty bmw with oil leaks and within 10 months automatic gearbox packs up never trust these guys within the 1st month 3 repairs were done,wrong battery in car kept stalling and burning the bulbs out dpf issues,cheap tyres interior damaged more faults list can go on......one minute Steve's a delivery driver then hes a manager? and no warranty given absolutely disgusting service they ignore emails and letters and disconnect phone calls.Not recommended at all.
Purchased my vehicle from them in the 13/09/2019. Reported problems to them within 9-12 days. The main issue was oil consumption. Averaging 350 miles per litre. BMW inspected the car and found oil leaks around the turbos. Phil who is the owner has refused to accept a fault with the car from the start.
There are other faults also. I was told the discs and pads were new. Turned out the discs were lipped and badly worn, underside to the car tray was smashed, side camera wasn’t working correctly, differential is leaking, handbrake doesn’t work, at one point car went into limp mode as all
the spark plugs were showing failures.
I finally had enough and demanded a refund as guided by trading standards. Phil wanted to just sell the car on and I told him no as I didn’t want someone else to have the problem.
Currently in the process of taking them to court and I would steer completely away from these guys.
If anyone wants more info to verify that I am not some random person who is just out to get these guys. Feel free to message me.
Bought a car from here this week, great service throughout the process, communication was great. Cars in great condition, and nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely use in the future if looking for another car
Was looking at buying a car from them, initially they were ok supplying information I needed to complete car checks however it appeared when the management were not in, the team were not helpful at all and I was waiting for calls from staff who were not even in when I was told they had just gone to pick a car up.
I gave them plenty of chances to get back to me, in the end I gave up and will take my cash elsewhere. Wasted time and wasted 20quid for a HPI check which I didn't get chance to complete due to missing details from them. Thanks for nothing.
Great customer service, being in the trade myself selling motorcycles, it was nice to be taken care of and treated to a five star service, love my new car and would highly recommend, even delivered my car because I couldn’t leave home due to looking after my children, many thanks.
Nothing against the company it self but a female driving one of your company cars texting on her phone while driving. I was waiting to cross the road and watched her pass me without lifting her head once. So I basically could of walked out and she wouldn't of even known I was there!! When will these drivers learn. People have died because of this behaviour. And these drivers shouldn't be allowed behind a wheel if they can't follow the law. I took the registration number down too. Someone needs to have a word with her. Absolutely disgusting and not a good role model for your company at all.
I would not buy an egg off this guy awful service! Did not even send log book to dvla,typical back street garage, given wrong spare key on purchase of car and refused to replace it with the CORRECT KEY
Had my l200 rear side repaired and resprayed ex job fast service and very reasonable price very happy with service and ex staff well done
