My go to chicken shop in the area. The service is always good and the food always nice. I think I have only ever had to wait once. I keep coming here and it has never disappointed.
Very poor and forever last visit for the last two weeks Monday to Friday I’ve been having takeaway everyday for lunch as working next to the high street. Me and my labourer popped In for lunch to find out that the main man himself tried to charge my labourer twice and at double the amount was supposed to be 3.99 and tried charging nearly seven pounds and then became very abusive towards us as soon as we approached him regarding the matter, my meal was 4.49 but only had 4.40 on me and before I ordered he agreed to letting me off 9p to which he then tried to charge me 4.49 after explaining that if agreed to 4.40 he then refused to serve us and walk off.
Shop could definitely do with a clean and seeing a mouse ran through the kitchen and the manager just laughed is disgusting if you ask me i will be advising all the builders from the site that use you guys for lunch to stop using you guys in future!
The chicken from here is nice but the bbq wings can sometimes be fresh or old which turns them into bricks, don’t bother with the ribs from here because they are always rock hard

Bossman is really nice and the chicken and chips is not the best but decent very cheap price very swagggg
I ordered 6 wings and chips; 3 BBQ 3 Normal wings, and some 3 other boxes, and the wings are crunchy and fresh and nice! Best place to get your chicken and chips from, I always walk for a while pass other chicken and chips shops to go to this once because their chicken and chips is always fresh and tasty AND they give you a good amount of chips! I highly recommend coming to this chicken and chip shop!
Fred has shown the upmost respect to multiple customers and has shown that he treats the place he works in as his home and cleans it as if he owns the business. An absolute credit. Always has a smile on his face.
Chips were a 4.3/5
Crunchy, good flavours and good potato content. Consistency was there and they tasted great even without mayo. They absorbed the seasoning well. My kind of chips.
Strip Burger 4.2/5
Again my kind of strip burger. The strips were more like goujons but the taste was there. 3 well breaded and flavoursome quality strips. The bread was good and the lettuce was not over kill. The strips could have had a bit more seasoning and heat/spice to them, but they were still solid and paired well with the burger sauce.

As far of chicken shops go this place was surprisingly decent.
Good quick service with a kind employee working there. He somehow knew the drink I wanted was Red Mirinda. Quite a small shop for a high street so maybe it gets quite busy
I’m yet to try the fillet burger and wings. Will update this when I do. PFC has my stamp of approval. Just what I wanted after a long day and game of basketball.
