Rang NHS 111 at 3.45pm referred to Pelton Lane Ends Dental Practice. Rang Dentist 3.51pm asking for emergency treatment. Tooth extraction. Janet rang me back at 3.59pm to go in for 4.30pm the tooth was actually pulled out immediately at 4.15pm I was back in the house before 4.30pm what a service. Very professional, top class service. Highly recommend this Dentist.
I had toothache and also the tooth was loose and causing me a lot of pain. I’m not with a dentist so rang Pelton lane ends dentist to see if they had an emergency appointment. They said they would ring me if they had a cancellation. Within the hour they rang back offering me an appointment. From the receptionist when going in to the nurse and the dentist they were all brilliant and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you.
Just a big "Thank You" to Dr Gupta and his team. My 91 year old dad has attended the surgery twice in 6 months. Once was an emergency and I was just so relieved to get an immediate appointment and again today with other issues. The staff are so kind. The dentist's caring and courteous attitude is lovely. He treats my dad like a person and explains everything which takes the mystique out of the treatment. Just a lovely practice.

I called for an emergency appointment after suffering from chronic toothache. They offered me a non appointment slot to be seen and they couldn't have been nicer or more professional, I offered to pay more for my treatment just for seeing me when I am not a regular patient but they wouldn't accept.
Highly recommended on all levels.

Called for an emergency appointment for a cracked tooth, not currently with this dentist and had a appointment couple days later, the dentist was lovely! Haven’t been for a long time due to bad experiences and was made to feel very comfortable and managed to get my tooth taken out and seen within 20mins. I am now waiting to see if I can get registered at this dentist because of the good experience
Thankyou so much after phoning loads of dentist and this one they rang me back after they had a cancellation. The dentist I saw was lovely very understanding and listened to me and a thorough examination. I then received treatment.
Saw Raj for my 2 year old and he was professional and over all a very positive visit.
Fantastic dentist, although I hadn’t been for regular checkups since the pandemic I was suffering from really bad toothache. Called them up and got an appointment the next day. Although they were reluctant in removing the tooth at first as it was infected I really wanted it out as the pain was too much, they gave it a go and it was out no problem. Highly recommend and needless to say I’ll now be going back to regular checks.
