I visited here recently. The ambience was relaxed with interesting surroundings. The staff were helpful. The cappuccino tasted good but wasn't hot enough. The croissant had been over baked; however, they are usually excellent, so hopefully this was just a blip.
Excellent bread and a nice choice of bakery goods. I liked the salad and sandwich options for lunch. There's a cosy basement eat in area. I was less keen on making my own tea (from the provided tea bags) given the price. Price are generally high, but the quality is good.
Only bought takeaway.sandwich but v impressed by service. Sizeable sandwich with plenty of filling - chicken harissa with mint. Offered to cut in half & then rewrapped both halves - sufficient for 2 moderate eaters. £5.50 but actually good value for the quality/quantity. Will visit again.
Fantastic bakers with a focus on sandwiches and breakfast pastries. Delightful downstairs eating area. The only reason for 4 rather than five is the cost - worth it in my mind for a quality independent, but perhaps prohibitive for some.
Uber cool coffee/food/meeting place with amazing choice for drinks and food. We had coffee but our neighbours were tucking into a nacho platter for two. If we lived closer we would be here A LOT! Will revisit when in the area though.
A lovely little place just off the main high street serving delicious lunches plus great bread and amazing cakes. There’s a good deli selection of tins and preserves to go with the bread as well.
Great to make it finally. Lovely service, great food & fab basement space to sit in.
Brilliant independent bakery and cafe. Fantastic breads and pastries, and nice friendly staff.
